【摘要】：一、研究背景：随着国家对中医药传承与发展事业的重视,学术流派成为当今中医界研究热点,中医针灸作为中医药国际化的排头兵,并入选“人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录”,其研究状况更是如火如荼。近年来岭南针灸医学研究已取得可喜成绩。但纵观这些成果,多注重于某一本著作、某一人物、某一种疗法或某个历史阶段,岭南针灸医学的研究仍处于较零散状态,虽也有个别学者审时度势,对整个岭南针灸医学的发展历程及针灸医家进行了梳理,但多以期刊文献的形式呈现,论述较为简略,并且未对一些规律性的现象进行系统总结。二、研究目的：本论文致力于对岭南针灸医学的发展源流进行系统整理,梳理出针灸名家学术传承脉络,提炼出针灸医家的创新之处和特色诊疗技术,尝试总结出岭南针灸医学的发展规律,并对如何更好的发展岭南针灸医学进行初步的探讨。三、研究方法本文以文献学方法为主,辅以专家访谈方式进行研究。访谈对象为部分现当代岭南针灸名家或弟子,以期直接获取最准确信息。取材范围遵循学术界约定俗成的“博古约今”原则,即古代人物流寓入岭南,有文献可徵者,皆收而录之,明清以降,则相对约定在岭南核心区域即广东省范围内。(一)文献纳入标准1.参考书籍岭南针灸专著、岭南中医综合性书籍中的针灸部分、记载有岭南针灸医家生平事迹的地方志等。参考书籍列举如下：《岭南针灸经验集》、《岭南中医》、《岭南医学史》、《岭南医学与文化》、《中国分省医籍考》、《岭南医籍考》、《岭南医徵略》、《岭南中医药名家》、《肘后备急方》、《采艾编翼》、《幼幼集成》、《幼幼新书》、《靳瑞针灸传真》、《靳三针临床问答及图解》、《靳三针临证配穴法》、《司徒铃针灸医论医案精选》、《陈全新针灸经验集》、《针挑疗法》、《岭南天灸疗法》等。2.期刊文献以“岭南”、“针灸”、岭南针灸医家姓名等做为检索词,通过计算机检索《中国学术期刊全文数据库》、《中国生物医学期刊引文数据库》、《万方期刊数据库》、《中文科技期刊数据库(维普)》,建立相关的资料库。3.网络检索通过网络检索查找国家相关政策条文及名医工作室相关信息等。(二)医家纳入标准因时间精力有限,本文仅对代表性医家的学术经验及传承情况进行了梳理。医家的入选标准为：1.古代针灸医家、医籍较少,纳入标准亦随之宽泛,只要从事史料可考证的对后世产生深远影响的针灸医疗活动、著有针灸医学专著或大篇幅论及针灸的综合医籍之医家均可纳入研究范围；2.近代选择有著作并且在当时学术界有较大影响力的针灸医家；3.现代参考《岭南中医药名家》及《岭南针灸经验集》中提到的针灸名家,工作在临床一线的医家学术思想仍在进一步完善中,故暂未纳入研究。依此标准,筛选出的古代医家有7位：葛洪、鲍姑、刘f 、丘溶、叶广祚、叶茶山、陈复正；近代医家有6位：曾天治、周仲房、梁湘岩、陈主平、苏天佑；现代医家纳入12位：司徒铃、韩绍康、靳瑞、庞中彦、陈全新、杨文辉、张家维、刘炳权、林秀芬、丘汉春、梁庆临、袁业煊。四、研究内容本文的主要研究内容包括岭南针灸医学发展简史；针灸医家的生平、学术思想和学术传承情况；岭南针灸特色诊疗技术。已有学者进行过深入研究的部分,本论文仅作简略介绍,不再赘述,重在总结规律,挖掘岭南特色,并对岭南针灸学术传承问题进行专题性探讨。五、研究结果1.根据学术发展的繁荣程度尝试对岭南针灸医学进行了阶段划分：西周至秦汉属于岭南针灸医学发展的萌芽期,晋代至清代中期属于平稳发展期,清末民初属于没落期,民国后期至现当代属于繁荣期。2.根据岭南针灸医家分布规律：总结出珠三角从古至今都是岭南针灸医学的繁荣地带,粤东和粤西发展情况大致相同,而粤北地区的针灸医学发展较为落后。3.总结出岭南地区的特色疗法有蜂针疗法、挑刺疗法、岭南天灸等。4.总结出古代岭南针灸学术传承主要凭借家传和师承,从近代开始,院校教育成为一个重要的传承方式,现代学术传承方式趋向多元化,家传形式淡化,逐渐被研究生教育、师带徒形式、名医工作室和学术流派传承工作室等方式替代,国际交流作为一种全新的传承方式逐渐为针灸学家所推崇。5.对现存的针灸资料进行古今对比,发现岭南针灸具有古代重灸轻针,现代以针为主的特点,同时具有传承、创新、开放、致用等文化特点。六、结论岭南医学之所以能成为地域色彩浓郁的中医流派之一,离不开针灸学的贡献。在一代代岭南针灸医家的不懈努力下,丌创了九针最早源于岭南的历史,岭南医家尊崇经典的同时亦重视民间特色疗法,编撰众多针灸医籍,丰富与发展了针灸学术体系,继而形成了将传承性、创新性、开放性与致用性融为一体的特色鲜明的针灸流派,广东地区作为岭南地区的核心区域,地处珠江三角洲,比邻港澳,辐射东南亚,不但在全国逐渐起到举足轻重的作用,而且具有得天独厚的中医药国际化发展优势,为岭南医学甚至整个中医学的推广与传播做出了杰出贡献。
