【摘要】:近几年,国内的物流运输业发展速度越来越快,在交通运输业领域取得了很大成就的同时也出现了很多问题。重型卡车作为现代化的物流设备,对国民经济的各个方面都产生了深刻的影响。但是国内的重型卡车驾驶室内饰在设计时很少考虑驾驶员的因素与需求。所以重型卡车驾驶室内饰设计不足引起了驾驶员患有颈椎病和腰疼病,对驾驶员的生理和心理产生了很大的影响。本课题从工业设计角度出发,以重型卡车驾驶室内饰设计为研究对象,利用当前互联网领域流行的用户体验设计方法,分析如何将该方法应用到重型卡车驾驶室内饰设计实践中。由于驾驶室内饰产品与互联网虚拟产品有很大的不同,所以不能将用户体验设计方法直接用到驾驶室内饰的设计中。本文根据重型卡车驾驶室内饰产品的特点,分成四个部分进行设计,包括用户调研、用户需求分析、产品体验设计实践、体验评价。用户调研部分和体验设计实践部分是本课题的重点部分,本课题采用的用户研究方法包括资料收集、用户问卷调研以及用户访谈。从感官层、行为层到反思层的递进顺序分析在驾驶重型卡车的过程中用户的需求。然后,将用户需求转变为设计需求,运用工业设计流程方法,对用户行为特征、使用情境及产品功能造型等方面进行分析,然后将结果融入到重型卡车驾驶室内饰的设计过程中,提出解决方案。在产品体验设计实践部分,分析其驾驶室内饰的特点,以驾驶室内部的座椅和卧铺的结合为设计出发点。根据用户提出的需求,结合搜集整理的资料利用头脑风暴等方法形成初步的产品设计方案,然后在原始的设计方案基础上,结合适合的人机效果进行设计方案深化。最后,在完成产品设计后,通过问卷的方式对设计结果进行体验评价。通过对体验评价结果分析,可以看出用户体验设计方法对重型卡车驾驶室内饰产品设计起到了很好的指导作用,应用用户体验设计理论对重型卡车驾驶室内饰产品进行指导设计,可以使用户(驾驶员)感受到安全便捷、舒适、愉快、满意等积极的体验,使其达到理想的用户体验效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic logistics industry is developing more and more rapidly, and has made great achievements in the field of transportation. Heavy truck as a modern logistics equipment has also appeared a lot of problems. All aspects of the national economy have a profound impact. But the domestic heavy truck cab interior design rarely consider the driver's factors and needs. So the heavy truck cab interior design is caused by the lack of design. The driver has cervical spondylosis and lumbar pain. It has a great influence on the driver's physiology and psychology. From the point of view of industrial design, this paper takes the interior design of the cab of heavy truck as the research object. Make use of the current popular user experience design method in the field of Internet. This paper analyzes how to apply this method to the design practice of cab interior of heavy truck. Because of the difference between cab interior products and Internet virtual products. Therefore, the user experience design method can not be directly used in the design of cab interior decoration. According to the characteristics of heavy truck cab interior decoration products, the design is divided into four parts, including user research. User demand analysis, product experience design practice, experience evaluation, user research and experience design practice are the key parts of this topic. The user research methods used in this topic include data collection. User questionnaire survey and user interview. From sensory layer, behavior layer to reflective layer of the progressive analysis of the needs of the user in the process of driving a heavy truck. Then, the user needs into design requirements. Using the industrial design process method, the user behavior characteristics, usage situation and product function modeling are analyzed, and the results are integrated into the design process of heavy truck cab interior decoration. Put forward the solution. In the product experience design practice part, analyze the characteristics of the cab interior decoration, take the combination of seat and berth inside the cab as the design starting point. According to the user's demand. Combined with the collection of data, brainstorming and other methods to form a preliminary product design scheme, and then in the original design scheme, combined with the appropriate human-computer effects to deepen the design. Finally. After the completion of product design, the design results were evaluated by questionnaire and the results of experience evaluation were analyzed. It can be seen that the user experience design method has played a good guiding role in the design of heavy truck cab interior products, and applied the user experience design theory to guide the design of heavy truck cab interior products. Users (drivers) can feel safe, convenient, comfortable, pleasant, satisfied and other positive experiences, so that it can achieve the desired user experience effect.
