物联网技术在吉林省农产品冷链物流中的应用研究

【摘要】:近些年,随着人们饮食结构的改变,冷链食品需求迅速扩大,应运而生的冷链产业发展迅速,农产品冷链物流基础设施规模也随之壮大。然而,纵观吉林省农民增产不增收、优质不优价的现象也反映了农产品流通滞后和冷藏保鲜技术落后所产生的问题。虽然现阶段我国冷链物流逐步发展,但是由于农产品具有季节性强和易腐烂等特点,对加工、存储和运输条件中涉及的冷链物流技术要求较高。吉林省在做强做大农业的同时,如何保障农产品的全生命周期过程,并降低农产品价格波动给农民带来的风险值得思考和探索。农产品冷链作为物流的一种特殊形态,跨越了多个行业和部门,其研究对象对时间和品质要求极高。为确保冷链农产品质量,下文从我省(吉林省)农产品冷链物流实际情况出发,以果蔬为代表,重点分析果蔬产品从摘取直至送达顾客手中全生命周期过程,结合农产品冷链物流的特点,阐述物联网技术应用的可行性及必要性,然后提出适合冷链物流企业发展的物联网应用框架,目的是能够为企业构建起一个系统性、可操作的物联网架构体系。物联网技术在农产品冷链物流中的应用,是以物联网三层架构体系为基础,针对冷链物流特点,将其中具有重要作用的模块和技术做整合。在应用服务层,根据应用需求的不同,将农产品冷链物流的主体分为三类,即对政府相关部门、冷链企业和消费者进行需求分析。在信息感知层,对采摘、冷冻加工、配运、销售流程中所需采集的信息,利用无线射频技术,传感器技术和视频监控技术对生鲜农产品进行全程跟踪监控,政府相关部门和消费者可以追溯每个阶段的产品信息,冷链企业可及时获取冷链各阶段信息,进行责任划分和提高作业效率。在网络传输层,我们结合了有线和无线的网络传输方式,将数据传输到冷链企业的服务器和政府监管部门的物联网应用平台备案,实现信息及时共享和减少信息不对称,使整个冷链流程变得透明。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change of people's diet structure, the demand for cold-chain food is expanding rapidly, the cold-chain industry has developed rapidly, and the scale of cold-chain logistics infrastructure of agricultural products has also expanded. Throughout Jilin Province farmers do not increase income, the phenomenon of poor quality price also reflects the agricultural products circulation lag and cold storage technology backward problems, although at the present stage of the development of cold chain logistics in China. However, due to the seasonal strong and perishable characteristics of agricultural products, the processing, storage and transportation conditions involved in the cold chain logistics technology requirements are high. Jilin Province in the stronger and bigger agriculture at the same time. How to protect the whole life cycle process of agricultural products and reduce the risks brought to farmers by price fluctuation of agricultural products is worth thinking and exploring. As a special form of logistics, the cold chain of agricultural products has crossed many industries and departments. In order to ensure the quality of cold-chain agricultural products, in order to ensure the quality of cold-chain agricultural products, the following is based on the actual situation of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in Jilin Province, represented by fruits and vegetables. The whole life cycle process of fruit and vegetable products from picking up to reaching the customer is analyzed emphatically. Combining with the characteristics of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, the feasibility and necessity of the application of Internet of things technology are expounded. Then it puts forward the application framework of Internet of things which is suitable for the development of cold-chain logistics enterprises. The purpose is to build a systematic and operable IOT architecture system for enterprises and the application of IOT technology in cold-chain logistics of agricultural products. Is based on the three-tier architecture of the Internet of things, according to the characteristics of cold-chain logistics, which has an important role in the integration of modules and technologies. In the application service layer, according to the application needs of different. The main body of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is divided into three categories, that is, the relevant government departments, cold chain enterprises and consumers for demand analysis. In the information perception layer, picking, freezing processing, distribution. The information needed in the sales process, using radio frequency technology, sensor technology and video surveillance technology for the whole process of fresh agricultural products tracking and monitoring. Relevant government departments and consumers can trace the product information of each stage, cold-chain enterprises can get the information of each stage of the cold chain in time, carry on the responsibility division and improve the operation efficiency. We combine the wired and wireless network transmission mode, will transmit the data to the cold chain enterprise server and the government supervision department's Internet of things application platform record, realizes the information to share in time and reduces the information asymmetry. Make the whole cold chain flow transparent.
