基于WebService技术的寿险电话销售系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:电话销售以其成本低、客户辐射力强等优势得到快速发展,已经成为不少保险公司的重要销售渠道,而电话销售业务的开展高度依赖电话销售系统(以下简称电销系统),因此对电销系统的功能优化及扩展将会为安全、高效的开展电话销售业务提供强有力的技术支持。根据对某中外合资保险公司电销业务调研发现:电话销售中心需要与其他部门协同工作,比如需财务完成扣款,需物流完成保单递送等。在进驻银行的业务模式中,在银行内部单独部署电销系统(以下简称银行外点系统),需要将保单导入寿险公司自有的电销系统(自建TMS系统),以便完成后续递送、扣款、同步核心系统承保的工作。由此可见对一个多层次可扩展的销售系统的需求极为迫切。为构建适应寿险电销业务特色的系统,本文完成的主要工作包括:(1)为了保证系统在通用性、高效性以及可扩展性等方面的要求,系统采用了B/S多层架构,规划了寿险电销系统框架设计、物理部署以及呼叫系统集成,设计了系统功能逻辑模块、数据库结构、用户界面以及扩展接口;(2)基于web服务技术,应用XML跨平台数据交换,实现了寿险电销系统与公司内外系统对接,改进了寿险电销业务工作流程,加快了从数据拨打到保单承保的时效。通过加密压缩XML传输数据,实现了银行外点系统与自建TMS系统自动进行数据交互,提高了数据传输的安全性、高效性。(3)以Framework平台整合Ajax技术与xml技术开发了交互性良好的用户界面,基于角色控制策略为用户定制可见的功能界面及数据查看权限,提高了系统的应用品质及数据安全。本文设计和实现的寿险电话销售系统已经在某中外合资企业投入使用。本系统完成了工作流在电销中心、电销总部及其他部门系统间的正常流转,解决了银行外点系统的孤岛问题,实现了系统内从数据入库到保单承保的完整流程运行,加快了承保时效,方便管理者及时查看各环节工作情况,上线来稳定高效达到了设计预期。

Logistics required to complete policy delivery, etc. In the banking business model, To deploy the electric pin system within the bank separately (hereinafter referred to as the bank external point system), it is necessary to import the insurance policy into the electric pin system owned by the life insurance company (self-built TMS system) in order to complete the subsequent delivery and deduction, This shows the urgent need for a multi-level scalable sales system. The main work accomplished in this paper includes: (1) in order to ensure the requirements of generality, efficiency and expansibility of the system, the system adopts the B / S multilayer architecture, and plans the design of the life insurance electric pin system framework, physical deployment and call system integration. The system function logic module, database structure, user interface and extended interface are designed. Based on web service technology and XML cross-platform data exchange, the life insurance electric pin system is connected with the internal and external system of the company. This paper improves the working flow of life insurance electric selling business, speeds up the time limit from data dialing to policy underwriting. By encrypting and compressing the data from XML, the bank external point system and the self-built TMS system can automatically interact with each other. Improving the security of data transmission, high efficiency. 3) using Framework platform to integrate Ajax technology and xml technology to develop a good interactive user interface, based on role control strategy to customize the visible functional interface and data viewing authority for the user. The application quality and data security of the system are improved. The life insurance telephone sales system designed and implemented in this paper has been put into use in a Sino-foreign joint venture. The normal circulation between the power sales headquarters and other departments resolves the isolated island problem of the bank's external point system, realizes the complete process running from the data storage to the insurance policy, and speeds up the limitation of the insurance. Convenient managers in time to check the work of each link, online to stable and efficient to meet the design expectations.
