河北省农村电子商务发展的制约因素研究

【摘要】：河北省是中国的农业大省,农业占据着全省国民经济的重要部分。截止至2016年底,河北省常住农村人口占全省总人口的46.68%,小农户与大市场的矛盾一直以来都是制约河北省农业经济发展的关键。随着农村信息化的发展以及互联网技术的运用,使得农村电子商务在河北省农村迅猛发展,河北省的农业生产与经营也随着发生巨大的改变,成为连接农村与大市场的重要桥梁。因此,研究河北省农村电子商务发展的制约因素,对于提高农业经济的发展以及农村电子商务的健康发展有着重要的作用。本研究以河北省农村电子商务发展的制约因素为研究对象,在分析国内外农村电子商务发展的相关理论之后,首先从河北省农村电子商务发展现状进行分析,并且找出制约因素。其次对河北省农村电子商务发展的制约因素进行评价,从农民特征、农村物流水平、政府扶持、农产品特性、消费者意愿5个一级指标24个二级指标建立层次分析模型。根据德尔菲法判断各个指标的重要性,构造判断矩阵,通过层次分析法计算权重大小,并且层次单排序和层次总排序分别通过了满意的一致性检验。接着针对结果进行详细分析,并且针对结果提出具体性问题。最终,有针对性的提出提升河北省农村电子商务发展的对策建议,研究成果对我国其他地区的农村电子商务发展也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province is a big agricultural province in China, and agriculture accounts for an important part of the national economy of the province. As of end of 2016, The permanent rural population in Hebei Province accounts for 46.68% of the total population of the province. The contradiction between small farmers and large markets has always been the key to restricting the development of agricultural economy in Hebei Province. With the development of rural informatization and the application of Internet technology, With the rapid development of rural electronic commerce in Hebei Province, agricultural production and management in Hebei Province have changed greatly and become an important bridge to connect the rural areas with the large market. The research on the restricting factors of rural electronic commerce development in Hebei Province plays an important role in improving the development of agricultural economy and the healthy development of rural electronic commerce. After analyzing the relevant theories of the development of rural electronic commerce at home and abroad, this paper firstly analyzes the present situation of the development of rural electronic commerce in Hebei Province, and finds out the restrictive factors, and then evaluates the restricting factors of the development of rural electronic commerce in Hebei Province. Based on the characteristics of farmers, the level of rural logistics, the government support, the characteristics of agricultural products and the consumer's will, a hierarchical analysis model is established, which is based on the Delphi method to judge the importance of each index, and constructs a judgment matrix. The weight is calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the hierarchical single order and total hierarchical ranking pass the satisfactory consistency test respectively. Then the results are analyzed in detail, and the concrete problem is put forward for the result. Finally, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural e-commerce in Hebei Province, and the research results also have some reference value for the development of rural e-commerce in other areas of our country.
