【摘要】:全球经济一体化使当今许多企业的产品和服务必须面对世界范围内的竞争。为了提升产品竞争力,许多企业都会选择“跨国协作”这种生产模式来降低系统成本。本企业的PGNAA工业分析设备就属于此类生产模式。因产品的设计、制造、物流、市场分处不同国家,伴随而生的是许多不确定的风险,如市场门槛、法律法规、物流及制造标准不同,甚至跨国间的文化差异都会对项目的顺利实施造成影响。本文的主要内容是以PGNAA类工业分析设备生产项目为背景进行风险管理研究,探寻一套有效的风险管理程序来监控、应对风险以保障项目的顺利完成。文章从本企业背景、PGNAA产品特征、市场应用、项目管理等方面完整剖析了项目的风险特征;分别运用调查法、WBS、风险清单等工具识别各阶段风险;结合专家打分法、层次分析和FMEA工具设计适合公司项目特点的评估模型来进行风险分析与评估;最后提出一套风险应对策略及监控程序。PGNAA—CB Omni产品跨国协作生产项目的风险管理应用结果分析证明了在此类工程项目中进行全面的、有针对性的风险管理可以有效降低风险概率,控制项目成本,提高项目成功率。
[Abstract]:As a result of global economic integration, many enterprises today have to face worldwide competition for their products and services. Many enterprises choose the "transnational cooperation" production model to reduce system cost. The PGNAA industrial analysis equipment of our enterprise belongs to this kind of production mode. Because the product design, manufacture, logistics and market are in different countries, This is accompanied by many uncertain risks, such as market barriers, laws and regulations, logistics and manufacturing standards, Even the cultural differences among countries will have an impact on the smooth implementation of the project. The main content of this paper is to carry out risk management research based on the PGNAA industrial analysis equipment production project, and to explore a set of effective risk management procedures to monitor the project. This paper analyzes the risk characteristics of the project from the aspects of product characteristics, market application, project management, etc. Combined with expert scoring method, AHP and FMEA tools to design the evaluation model suitable for the characteristics of the company project to carry out risk analysis and assessment; Finally, a set of risk response strategies and risk management application results of PGNAA-CB Omni product transnational cooperative production project are put forward. The results show that comprehensive and targeted risk management can effectively reduce risk probability in this kind of project. Control project cost and improve project success rate.
