长春富维—江森自控汽车饰件系统有限公司物流信息化发展战略研究

【摘要】：论文以长春富维-江森自控汽车饰件系统有限公司(以下简称“长春富维-江森公司”)为研究对象,分析其物流管理信息化战略。该公司是由中国一汽集团子公司一汽富维汽车零部件股份有限公司与江森自控亚洲控股有限公司于2001年8月共同投资设立的中外合资企业。论文认为在工业4.0的信息化时代只有高水平的信息化物流才能为企业的发展提供畅通的循环系统。笔者针对富维-江森公司在与客户共同的发展过程中所面临的物流信息化水平不足的问题展开研究,为提升企业的竞争力提供战略规划与实施路径。论文首先呈现了公司在物流管理和物流信息化的现状,描述了企业ERP软件、制造执行系统MES、供应链交互平台SCP、成品发运监控系统GPS等的现状情况。在现状分析基础上,论文按照物流的入厂、厂内以及出厂顺序,分析了各个环节存在的问题,主要有:供应商入厂环节中原材料筹措管理、供应商运输管理、物流时刻管理问题;厂内物流环节中原材料入库管理、零件批次及追溯管理、生产拉动管理、补给管理等问题;出厂物流环节中运输车辆管理系统、成品库存管理、器具管理等问题。论文根据公司发展经历详细地分析了公司在物流信息化发展方面的不足,分析了产生问题的原因论文运用SWOT分析法归纳了公司物流信息化发展的内外部环境因素,包括外部机会、外部威胁、内部优势和内部弱势,并利为公司物流发展提供了可选的发展战略一览。论文提出,公司应建立“十三五规划期间在各分子公司全面建成世界一流物流信息化工厂”的长期发展目标,提出公司自上而下全面推行物流信息化。主要战略有:在长春总部打造一个全面物流信息化的世界一流样板工厂。利用公司定期专项会议,将实施后的成果在现有的各分子公司进行分享与横展,完成物流信息化的公司集团化、标准化扩展。在新工业基地规划全面开展物流信息化基础工作,覆盖所有新生产基地。论文还提出了保障项目顺利实施所需要的资金、设施及人力等方面的支持。
[Abstract]:The thesis takes Changchun Fuwei-Jiangsen auto-controlled automobile accessories system co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changchun Fuwei-Jiangsen company") as the research object, Analysis of its logistics management information strategy. The company was set up by FAW Fuwei auto parts co., Ltd., a subsidiary of FAW group of china, and Johnson auto control Asia holding co., Ltd in August 2001. The paper holds that in the information age of industry 4.0, only a high level of information logistics can provide a smooth circulation system for the development of enterprises. The author aims at Fuwei-Johnson Company in the process of common development with customers. The problem of insufficient level of logistics informatization is studied. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises to provide strategic planning and implementation path. Firstly, the paper presents the current situation of logistics management and logistics information, describes the enterprise ERP software, The status quo of manufacturing execution system mes, supply chain interaction platform, finished product delivery and monitoring system GPS and so on. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the paper analyzes the problems existing in each link according to the order of entry, in-plant and ex-factory of logistics. The main problems are: the original material management, the supplier transportation management, the logistics time management, the original material storage management, the parts batch and traceability management, the production pull management, the supply management and so on in the factory logistics link; The problems of transportation vehicle management system, finished product inventory management, appliance management and so on are analyzed in detail according to the company's development experience. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and summarizes the internal and external environmental factors of the development of logistics informatization, including external opportunities, external threats, internal advantages and internal weaknesses, using the SWOT analysis method. The paper puts forward that the company should set up the long-term development goal of "establishing the world first-class logistics information factory in each sub-subsidiary during the 13th Five-Year Plan period". The main strategies are: to build a world class model factory of comprehensive logistics informatization at Changchun headquarters, and to make use of the company's regular special meetings. Share and spread the results of the implementation in the existing sub-subsidiaries, complete the group of logistics information companies, standardize the expansion. In the new industrial base planning to carry out the logistics information foundation, Covering all new production bases, the paper also proposes the necessary financial, facility and manpower support to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
