基于需求拉动的A汽车制造企业零部件配送车辆入厂调度研究

【摘要】:近几年来,随着中国经济的持续且快速的发展,汽车在国内消费者的需求市场也日益扩大,汽车产业的发展更是日新月异,这便促使各个汽车制造企业之间的竞争不断加剧。时下,伴随着原材料成本、人力成本价格等不断的上涨,如何能使核心竞争力提高、成本降低、利润提高、体现各企业的价格优势,是各汽车制造企业最最关注并且急待解决的首要问题之一,尤其是对物流过程所产生的成本更是越发的关注,而在汽车行业的所有物流过程当中,汽车零部件入厂物流业务关系到能否对上万种汽车零件的顺利供应,而且与主机厂生产的顺利与否息息相关,所以更是体现了它的复杂性以及重要程度。想要使这一问题能够快速且有效的解决,就必须要通过现代物流的技术手段来实现。而在零部件入厂配送作业中,大多数企业仍然是通过比较原始的方法,即采用人工及对讲设备进行车辆调度及管理。这个环节对于整个物流过程来说非常重要,采用现在的方法是不规范和极易出现调度错误的,而且存在调度效率低下、卸货位利用率低下等现象。调度错误现象一旦出现将会对主机厂的生产造成严重的影响。 本文首先对物流管理理论、看板管理理论、停车场规划原则、车辆调度原则、RFID技术应用等内容进行阐述。其次本人以A汽车制造企业为例,通过调查研究法、比较分析法和案例分析法,结合A企业零部件配送车辆入厂调度的现状进行描述。如人工方式进行车辆调度存在卸货位利用率低、车辆卸货及时率低、卸货效率低、车辆调度准确率低、人工成本高、车辆入厂及时率低等问题。 根据A汽车制造企业零部件配送车辆入厂调度存在的问题,为更好的平衡卸货位负荷,,使生产可以顺利进行,经过全面分析,通过采用射频识别技术的方式,为A企业零部件配送车辆入厂调度提供了系统的信息化方案设计,替换了A企业零部件配送车辆入厂部分以人工方式进行管理,并使卸货位利用率低、车辆卸货及时率低、卸货效率低、车辆调度准确率低、人工成本高、车辆入厂及时率低等问题得以有效解决。 通过此方案的实施,不但为车辆入厂管理问题提供了信息化的解决方案,问题的解决程度也均达到企业的定值要求标准。而且还大大的提高了企业信息化的水平,对于实际高效的车辆管理系统的构建具有一定的指导意义。目前在零部件运输过程中,为使物资安全有所保障,现在是利用一次性施封锁的方式。每次货物在出厂前均需要记录施封锁封号并逐一对门进行上锁,使用过程中不仅需要记录封锁号,还需要车辆到货后对封锁号进行核对。这样不仅增加了业务流程时间,更对企业运营成本造成浪费,下一步希望利用RFID电子锁替代现有一次性施封锁,从而在时效性、便捷性、安全性等方面有所提升,还能降低企业运营成本;利用预约送货模式来缓解车辆入厂拥挤且提高及时度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the China economy sustained and rapid development, the car is also increasing in the domestic consumer market demand, the development of the automobile industry is between the various change rapidly, the competition of automobile manufacturing enterprises is increasing. Nowadays, with the cost of raw materials, labor costs continued to rise the price, how to to improve the core competitiveness, reduce costs, increase profits, reflect the enterprise price advantage, is the automobile manufacturing enterprises the most attention and to be one of the first problem, especially for the logistics process to produce cost is also more and more attention, and in all the logistics process of automobile industry, automobile parts factory logistics business related to the smooth supply of tens of thousands of car parts, and production and OEM success are closely related, so it also reflects the complexity and weight To the extent. Want to make this problem can be solved quickly and effectively, it must be achieved through technical means of modern logistics. In the plant parts in the distribution operation, by the majority of enterprises are still relatively primitive methods, namely by manual and intercom equipment for vehicle scheduling and management. This link is very important for the the whole logistics process, the present method is not standardized and prone to errors and scheduling scheduling, low efficiency, low utilization rate of a discharge phenomenon. Once the scheduling error phenomenon will cause serious impact on the host plants.
Based on the theory of logistics management, Kanban management, parking lot planning principles, vehicle scheduling principle, RFID technology application content is discussed. Secondly I A automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example, through the investigation and study method, comparative analysis method and case analysis method, combining with the current situation of A industry parts into the factory for distribution vehicle scheduling description. Such as artificial way vehicle scheduling has a low utilization rate of discharge, low rate of timely unloading unloading vehicles, low efficiency, low accuracy of vehicle scheduling, high labor costs, low rate of vehicles into the problem of plant in a timely manner.
According to the A automobile accessory inbound delivery vehicle scheduling problems, for a better balance of discharge load, so that production can be carried out smoothly, after the comprehensive analysis, through the use of RFID technology, provides the design scheme for the A enterprise information system components into the factory delivery vehicle scheduling, replacing the A spare parts distribution enterprises the vehicle into the factory management in the artificial way, and make a discharge of a low utilization rate, low rate of timely unloading unloading vehicles, low efficiency, low accuracy of vehicle scheduling, high labor costs, low rate of vehicles into the plant in a timely manner the problem is effectively solved.
Through the implementation of this system, not only provides a solution for the problem of vehicles into the plant information management, to solve the problem of the degree also reached the enterprise value standard. But also greatly improve the level of enterprise informatization, which has certain guiding significance for the construction of vehicles management system. At present, practical and efficient in parts transportation in the process, the material safety has been guaranteed, now is the use of disposable sealing way. Every time the goods are needed to record lock titles and one by one door lock in the factory, in the process of using not only need to record the blockade, also need the vehicle after the arrival of the blockade, check. This will not only increase the business process time more, the waste of the cost of business operations, the next step to use RFID to replace the existing disposable electronic lock lock, resulting in timeliness, convenience, safety, etc. It can also reduce the operation cost of the enterprise, and use the booking mode to relieve the traffic congestion and improve the time.
