【摘要】：港口作为货物贸易主要的集散地,在世界物流中扮演者重要的角色。在港口企业中,数据的整理以及呈现主要由统计系统来完成。随着大数据时代的到来,港口企业的统计系统面临着新的挑战:以往的统计系统只是对数据进行整理和收集之后,对数据进行加工转化,然后生成所需要的报表,流程比较复杂,管理层在短时间内不能及时查看汇总数据。另外,系统只通过处理内部数据并进行对比分析,全面性不能保证。因此,需要建立一个全面性、实时性、有效性的港口统计系统。随着大数据时代的到来,港口企业对统计系统所能实现的功能要求越来越高,系统随之面临的问题也越来越多:如何获取纷繁复杂的数据信息;如何更加直观清晰的查看数据;如何在内部数据基础上结合外部数据分析港口各指标的变化情况。为了解决以上的问题,使统计系统能够作为辅助角色为企业提供有价值的信息,使企业在同行业的竞争中获取最大的效益,本文提出货运统计决策支持系统研究。首先介绍目前广州港集团的系统功能及实施应用情况,然后介绍目前港口企业统计存在的问题以及港口企业的业务需求,从而确定各类统计指标。接着进行数据的采集处理,最后对港口企业统计系统进行优化设计。针对不同的影响指标,根据所得底层数据对各指标进行实时性的计算查询,同时对影响指标进行分析并预测未来数据。旨在大数据环境下对港口企业统计进行系统研究,分析各指标因素变化情况,使港口数据在大数据环境下变得更精准、更时效,为港口企业制定相应的战略提供很好的依据。最后进行全文总结及研究展望。
