【摘要】：中国农业经过几千年漫长的发展,逐渐从原始农业、传统农业向现代农业演变。与传统农业相比,现代农业更加注重效率和效益、农业发展与环境的相协调,以及人类自身的可持续发展。现如今,随着我国经济的飞速发展,农业的持续增长,现代农业的发展也得到了全面的推进。尤其是我国东北地区,由于有利的地理条件和自然条件,该地区现代农业的发展一直走在全国前列,因此对东北地区现代农业发展进行研究,不仅有益于当地的发展,更能对我国其他区域的现代农业发展提供参考和范本。本论文即是以辽宁省盘锦市大洼县为研究对象,运用实地调研、文献研究等方法,对大洼县现代农业的发展进行全面的分析,并针对现存的问题提出了相应的解决办法和建议。本论文包括引言及四个章节,引言部分介绍了选题的背景、意义,国内外研究现状以及论文的创新和不足之处。第一章阐述了现代农业发展的基本概念和基础理论。基本概念主要有:农业与现代农业的概念、现代农业的特点与模式以及现代农业的类型与体系。基本理论方面选取对此次研究有较大用处的四个理论,分别是舒尔茨的改造传统农业理论、速水佑次郎及弗农·拉坦的引致创新理论,现代农业的可持续性发展理论和我国的绿色农业理论。论文第二章是对大洼县现代农业发展现状与优势分析,经过实地调研以及对近五年来的数据资料的收集和分析,本文较为准确的衡量了大洼县现代农业发展的水平,并通过图表的形式清晰的呈现了出来。第三章以SWOT模型图的方式分析了大洼县现代农业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。优势主要包括区域优势、主导产业发展优势、现代农业发展基础条件优越、科技推广不断深入及环境资源得到有效保护这五个方面。劣势主要表现在财政收支矛盾较为突出、产业化基地规模小、农业科技推广能力差,创新机制不足、配套机制尚不健全等几个方面,机遇方面主要是国家对现代农业发展的大力扶持以及产品需求量逐年上升这两个方面,但是现代农业发展面临的挑战也不容小觑,例如传统的自然灾害以及较多的替代性产品等。论文第四章以大洼县现代农业发展的总体战略、目标为依托,提出了大洼县现代农业的发展的对策。结合大洼县现代农业发展的实际情况,从资金投入、主导产业、龙头企业、仓储物流、科技推广、防灾减灾六个方面详细阐述了今后发展需要注意和提高的地方。
[Abstract]:After thousands of years of long development, Chinese agriculture has gradually evolved from primitive agriculture, traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Compared with traditional agriculture, modern agriculture pays more attention to efficiency and benefit, and the development of agriculture is coordinated with the environment. And the sustainable development of mankind itself. Nowadays, with the rapid development of China's economy and the sustained growth of agriculture, the development of modern agriculture has also been comprehensively promoted. Because of the favorable geographical and natural conditions, the development of modern agriculture in this area has always been in the forefront of the whole country. Therefore, the study on the development of modern agriculture in the Northeast region is not only beneficial to the local development, This paper takes Dawa County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province as the research object, using the methods of field investigation, literature research, etc, to provide reference and model for the development of modern agriculture in other regions of China. The development of modern agriculture in Dawa County is comprehensively analyzed, and the corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems. This paper includes an introduction and four chapters. The introduction introduces the background and significance of the topic. The first chapter expounds the basic concepts and basic theories of the development of modern agriculture. The basic concepts include: agriculture and modern agriculture. The characteristics and models of modern agriculture and the types and systems of modern agriculture. In terms of basic theory, four theories that are of great use to this study are Schultz's theory of reforming traditional agriculture. The theory of leading innovation, the theory of sustainable development of modern agriculture, and the theory of green agriculture in China. The second chapter is an analysis of the present situation and advantages of modern agriculture in Dawa County. Through field investigation and data collection and analysis in the past five years, this paper accurately measures the level of modern agricultural development in Dawa County. The third chapter analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of modern agriculture in Dawa County by using the SWOT model diagram. The advantages mainly include the regional advantages, the advantages of the development of leading industries. The basic conditions of modern agricultural development are superior, the scientific and technological extension is deepening and the environment and resources are effectively protected. The main disadvantages are that the contradiction between financial revenue and expenditure is prominent, the scale of industrialization base is small, and the ability of agricultural science and technology extension is poor. The innovation mechanism is insufficient, the supporting mechanism is not perfect and so on. The opportunities are mainly from the state's strong support for the development of modern agriculture and the increasing demand for products year by year. However, the challenges faced by the development of modern agriculture should not be underestimated, such as traditional natural disasters and more alternative products. Chapter 4th is based on the overall strategy and goal of the development of modern agriculture in Dawa County. The countermeasures for the development of modern agriculture in Dawa County are put forward. According to the actual situation of the development of modern agriculture in Dawa County, capital investment, leading industries, leading enterprises, warehousing and logistics, science and technology promotion, Six aspects of disaster prevention and mitigation are described in detail in the future development needs to pay attention to and improve the place.
