杨凌示范区工业园区产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：杨凌示范区是国家首批设立的国家级的农业高新技术产业示范区,以建设陕西省涉农工业发展战略高地为指导,于2012年成立了杨凌示范区工业园区,目的是通过产业发展促进地方经济发展。杨凌示范区工业园区在建设发展过程中,虽然形成了一定的产业集聚,但产业方面的规划和研究不足,还存在着园区的管理体制的不顺、高层次人才稀缺等突出的问题,对园区产业的发展影响和制约较大。本文在认真梳理相关文献的基础上,深入分析了杨凌示范区工业园区产业的现状,明确了产业发展面临的主要问题,从优势、劣势、机遇及挑战方面对园区的农机装备制造、生物医药、农产品深加工及现代物流四个主导产业,运用SWOT分析方法进行深入研究和分析,论证了园区内四大主导产业发展的前景,结合杨凌示范区工业园区产业发展的内在要求,对该园区产业发展的目标、思路和对策进行了科学定位和合理规划,从而系统地提出了杨凌示范区工业园区产业发展战略,同时在完善园区管理体制、延伸产业链条、创新招商引资模式等方面为园区产业的发展制订了战略实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Yang Ling demonstration area is the first national agricultural high and new technology industry demonstration zone established by the state. Guided by the construction of the strategic highlands for the development of agricultural industries in Shaanxi Province, an industrial park was set up on 2012 in Yang Ling demonstration area. The purpose is to promote local economic development through industrial development. In the process of construction and development of the industrial park in Yang Ling demonstration area, although certain industrial agglomeration has been formed, the planning and research on industrial aspects are insufficient. There are still some outstanding problems in the management system of the park, such as the scarcity of high-level talents, which have a great influence and restriction on the development of the park industry. This paper analyzes in depth the present situation of the industry in the industrial park of Yang Ling demonstration area, and clarifies the main problems facing the industrial development, including the manufacture of agricultural machinery and equipment, biomedicine, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the industrial park. The deep processing of agricultural products and the four leading industries of modern logistics are studied and analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. The prospect of the development of the four leading industries in the park is demonstrated, and the inherent requirements of the industrial development of the industrial park in Yang Ling demonstration area are combined. This paper has carried on the scientific orientation and the reasonable plan to the industrial development target, the thought and the countermeasure of the park, thus has proposed the industry development strategy of the industrial park of Yang Ling demonstration area systematically, at the same time, has perfected the park management system, extended the industrial chain, Innovating the mode of attracting investment and so on has made the safeguard measures of strategic implementation for the development of the park industry.
