基于Struts的烟草仓储管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:卷烟仓储管理系统是基于烟草行业内商业企业(以卷烟销售及物流为主体的企业)件(箱)、条烟仓储、配送、物流等环节的实际情况以及未来的发展形势,同时参照行业内有关物流配送中心的指导性文件和作业规范进行设计开发的物流配送中心卷烟仓储管理信息系统,其最终目的是在烟草行业内建立统一的、标准化的数字仓储管理系统,以达到降低流通成本、提高地市公司仓储管理水平和工作效率,规范作业流程,提高全行业物流配送中心及配送网点管理水平的目的。通过该系统可以实现合理调整仓储的布局,实现仓储的精细化管理,仓储管理的精细化程度到储位,实现物流配送中心卷烟仓储的数字化管理,满足烟草行业商业企业物流管理的需求。本文根据烟草行业仓库实际正常工作和业务运行的特征和现状,从系统需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、系统编码实现、系统测试等方面搭建系统整体架构并建立数据模型。该系统实现的功能主要包括入库、在(出)库管理、调度管理、退货管理、残次烟管理、数据报表等关键模块。其中各项功能均建立在平台基础信息库的基础上,基础信息管理模块与数据初始化密切相关,是针对系统的基础信息如组织机构、客户信息、商品信息、分拣信息、仓库信息、送货信息、系统维护、权限管理等信息进行管理维护;入库管理是当卷烟从工业端到货以后,进行入库单管理、入库储位分配、入库确认等操作,实现卷烟到货后的记帐和储位分配功能;在库管理是基于仓库日常管理工作而设计功能模块,日常管理工作的作业过程主要包括库区调整、储位调整、周期性盘点、日常结算等功能;出库管理功能模块的数据源来自导入的订单以及配车单,经过本地库汇总后安排出货的批次,生成出库单的业务流程;调度管理功能模块基于订单的送货路线来生成配车单,物流配送中心数据汇总后产生出货的批次,也就是进行出库调度业务流程。退货管理主要是依据用户的退货单和仓库的入库规则,入库定位到各个储位,最后确认入库;罚没烟管理是对罚没烟进行入库、在库统计以及出库等功能;残次烟管理是当仓库发现残次烟时,对残次商品入库、移库、出库操作;综合分析即数据报表功能模块,是对各类信息进行查询操作,包括各类单据查询和统计、库存分析、预警及查询、日常结算综合查询,各类数据统计汇总等功能。本系统为B/S应用模型,使用Struts2框架采用MVC设计模式实现分层架构设计,Web应用服务器使用Tomcat,数据库服务器使用DB2,开发工具使用Eclipse。

According to the characteristics and present situation of the normal work and business operation of the tobacco industry warehouse, this paper analyzes the system demand from the point of view of the system demand. Overall design, detailed design, system coding implementation, system testing and other aspects to build the overall system architecture and data model. The functions of the system mainly include database management, management in (out) library, scheduling management, return management, etc. The functions of these modules are based on the basic information base of the platform. The basic information management module is closely related to the initialization of data, and is aimed at the basic information of the system, such as organization, organization, etc. Customer information, commodity information, sorting information, warehouse information, delivery information, system maintenance, authority management and other information for management and maintenance. Storage confirmation and other operations to realize the function of recording and storage allocation after the arrival of cigarettes; in warehouse management is based on the daily warehouse management work and design functional modules, the daily management work mainly includes reservoir area adjustment, storage adjustment, Periodic inventory, daily settlement and other functions; the data source of the outbound management module comes from the imported orders and car distribution orders, after the local warehouse summary, arrange the shipment batches, and generate the business process of the outbound inventory; The dispatching and management function module generates the distribution list based on the delivery route of the order. After the data of the logistics distribution center is summarized, the batches of the goods are generated. The return management is mainly based on the user's return form and the warehousing rules of the warehouse, positioning the storehouse to each storage location, and finally confirming the entry into the storehouse; the management of the penalty and forfeiture is to enter the storehouse with the penalty and forfeiture smoke. In the database statistics and exit functions; residue cigarette management is when the warehouse found a remnant cigarette, the remaining commodities into the warehouse, transfer, out of the warehouse operation; comprehensive analysis, that is, data report function module, is to query all kinds of information operation, Including all kinds of documents query and statistics, inventory analysis, early warning and query, daily settlement comprehensive query, all kinds of data statistical summary and other functions. This system is the B / S application model, Using Struts2 framework, MVC design pattern is used to realize hierarchical architecture design. Tomcat is used for web application server, DB2 is used for database server, and Eclipse is used for development tool.
