【摘要】:通过分析我国电动物流车产业快速发展的机遇与挑战,指出了创新商业模式对于促进电动物流车推广应用的必要性。首先分析了主要应用于城市内支线和末端配送的电动物流车的最新研究进展、发展趋势以及推广应用中的主要难点,基于对各地推广应用电动物流车典型案例的分析,重点对电动物流车传统商业模式与创新商业模式进行比较,通过分析各商业模式的典型特征与适用场景,对推进电动物流车产业化与应用提出了合理建议。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the rapid development of electric logistics vehicle industry in China, This paper points out the necessity of innovating business model to promote the popularization and application of electric logistics vehicle. Firstly, it analyzes the latest research progress of electric logistics vehicle which is mainly used in urban branch line and terminal distribution. Based on the analysis of typical cases of electric logistics vehicle, the paper compares the traditional business model of electric logistics vehicle with the innovative business model, based on the analysis of the development trend and the main difficulties in the popularization and application of electric logistics vehicle. Based on the analysis of the typical characteristics and applicable scenarios of each business model, some reasonable suggestions are put forward to promote the industrialization and application of electric logistics vehicle.
