嫩江县农业科技园景观与生产示范规划研究

【摘要】:近几十年来以观光农业为基础的农业科技示范园在全国各地发展迅速,它继承了传统农业的自然属性,又承接了现代农业和旅游业发展的步伐,是集农业生产、观光游览、科技示范、科普教育、休闲度假和科技培训于一体,社会、经济和生态效益相结合的新型的、综合性的经济园区,适应现代人短时间逃避城市污染和放慢生活节奏的需求,也俨然成为农业转型发展的主要形式、农业现代化进一步发展的新动力。经过学习研究,根据近年来现代农业科技发展的迫切需求,从嫩江县优越的农业和地理条件角度出发,结合农业和农村结构的战略性调整,抓住势头正旺的现代旅游业发展的新契机,构建旅游、农业、科学、研究、生产相结合以科技为依托的新模式,本文对嫩江县农业科技生产示范园项目进行了合理的总体规划布局。规划确定了“展示农业高新技术、发挥区域农业特点优势,以促进嫩江县农业产业和旅游业的结构调整为基本目标”的规划思路;确定了“科技、创新、高效、布局优化”的规划原则;确定了“一心、两带、七区”的总体空间布局;确定了“农业科技核心区、加工物流区、瓜果采摘区、农田作物生产示范区、设施农业展示区、休闲观光区、花卉生产示范区、无公害蔬菜示范区”的八大功能分区等。通过对规划依据、规划思路、规划原则、规划目标、空间布局、功能分区等内容的研究,对嫩江县农业科技示范园进行了详细景观规划设计和生产示范规划设计。景观规划设计方面:农业科技园区总占地面积约876万平方米,规划建设沿江景观带和农业文化观光带两条景观带,全园建有景点50多处,是道路景观、植物景观、农田景观、水体景观、科技景观、构筑景观等的有机结合。生产示范规划设计方面:规划设计时围绕农作物良种繁育、现代化生产技术、生物能源高新技术等产业进行生产示范,如光伏温室大棚技术、沼气技术、智能温室技术。把农业科技园定位为嫩江县高新技术的源头,从而探索出一条集农业技术示范推广、科研创新为一体的农业科技创新集成辐射带动途径,大力引进和消化国内外先进的、创新的科学技术,努力加强基础设施建设,扩大园区对周边的带动作用和辐射力度,使园区成为科技型的、创新型的现代农业技术辐射源与农业生产示范基地。为嫩江县实现农业产业跨越发展增加可能性。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the agricultural science and technology demonstration park based on sightseeing agriculture has developed rapidly throughout the country. It inherits the natural attributes of traditional agriculture and undertakes the pace of the development of modern agriculture and tourism. It is a collection of agricultural production and sightseeing.A new, comprehensive economic park that integrates science and technology demonstration, popular science education, leisure vacation and scientific and technological training and combines social, economic and ecological benefits to meet the needs of modern people to escape urban pollution and slow down their lives in a short period of time.Has also become the main form of agricultural transformation and development, agricultural modernization further development of the new power.After study and research, according to the urgent needs of the development of modern agricultural science and technology in recent years, and from the perspective of the superior agricultural and geographical conditions in Nenjiang County, the strategic adjustment of the agricultural and rural structures has been combined.Seize the new opportunity of the booming modern tourism industry and build a new model of tourism, agriculture, science, research and production based on science and technology.In this paper, a reasonable overall layout of the agricultural science and technology production demonstration garden project in Nenjiang County was carried out.The plan defines the planning idea of "displaying agricultural high and new technology, giving play to the advantages of regional agricultural characteristics, and taking the structural adjustment of agricultural industry and tourism in Nenjiang County as the basic goal," and determines "science and technology, innovation, efficiency,"The general spatial layout of "one mind, two belts, seven districts" has been determined, and "agricultural science and technology core area, processing logistics area, melon and fruit picking area, farmland crop production demonstration area, facility agriculture demonstration area" have been determined.Leisure and sightseeing area, flower production demonstration area, non-pollution vegetable demonstration area, etc.Based on the study of planning basis, planning ideas, planning principles, planning objectives, spatial layout and functional zoning, the detailed landscape planning and production demonstration design of Nenjiang Agricultural Science and Technology demonstration Park were carried out.Landscape planning and design: the total area of the agricultural science and technology park is about 8.76 million square meters, planning and construction along the river landscape belt and agricultural culture sightseeing belt two landscape belts, the park has more than 50 scenic spots, is the road landscape, plant landscape, farmland landscape,The organic combination of water landscape, science and technology landscape and construction landscape.Production demonstration planning and design: planning and design around crop breeding, modern production technology, bio-energy high-tech industries such as photovoltaic greenhouse technology, biogas technology, intelligent greenhouse technology.Positioning the agricultural science and technology park as the source of high and new technology in Nenjiang County, thus exploring an integrated radiation driving way of agricultural science and technology innovation that integrates agricultural technology demonstration and extension, scientific research and innovation, and vigorously introducing and digesting advanced domestic and foreign ones.Innovation in science and technology, efforts to strengthen infrastructure construction, expansion of the park's peripheral role and radiation intensity, making the park into a science-oriented, innovative source of modern agricultural technology radiation and agricultural production demonstration base.Nenjiang County for the realization of agricultural industry leapfrog development increased the possibility.
