基于力场分析的物流规划方案实施阻力预估研究

【摘要】:企业物流规划方案实施阻力的研究不仅有重要的实践意义,也有重要的理论意义。从实践角度出发,随着生产技术的迅速提高和企业竞争环境的恶化,企业通过组织变革来改变组织结构、业务流程、思想文化、创新能力及物流系统等,从而提高自身核心竞争力。而物流规划是企业实现物流系统变革的重要方式之一,如同组织变革阻力一样,物流规划方案的实施同样会面临阻力。从理论角度出发,目前,物流规划的相关研究大多关注于物流规划的定义、分类、方案的设计、方案的选择等,而缺乏对物流规划方案实施的关注。因此,本文结合力场分析方法,对企业物流规划方案的实施阻力作了深入的理论和实证研究,探讨了解决阻力的管理方法,保证物流规划方案的顺利实施。首先,根据相关理论、变革阻力模型、文献研究和问卷调查,建立了基于力场分析的物流规划方案实施阻力评价模型。综述了与本文相关的理论,包括力场分析、物流规划和阻力等,为本文研究夯实了基础。分析了典型的变革阻力模型,得到本文的研究思路。总结了组织变革阻力的相关文献,得出了阻力评价指标。发放了调查问卷,在企业中验证阻力评价指标的准确性。然后,基于力场分析的方法,建立了物流规划实施阻力评价模型。其次,采用因子分析的统计方法,建立了物流规划方案实施阻力因子模型。根据问卷的调查数据,得到了物流规划方案实施阻力评价指标量表。采用传统统计方法对阻力评价指标分析,得出阻力大小的排序;采用因子分析方法对阻力评价指标量表分析,缩减了并综合解释了阻力评价指标。结果表明传统统计方法的结果是因子分析方法的子集,因子分析方法更加全面和准确。根据所得的公共阻力因子,建立了物流规划方案实施阻力因子模型。最后,通过实证研究,以A公司为例,建立了物流规划方案实施阻力管理模型。为了确保物流规划方案在企业中顺利实施,需要管理方案实施中的阻力。由于A公司是调查问卷数据的样本,因此以A公司为例,建立了物流规划方案实施阻力的管理模型,探讨阻力管理模型的可行性。因而,本文中物流规划方案实施的阻力模型、因子模型和阻力管理模型共同组成了物流规划方案实施阻力的预估研究。
[Abstract]:The research on the resistance of enterprise logistics planning is not only of practical significance, but also of theoretical significance.From a practical point of view, with the rapid improvement of production technology and the deterioration of the competitive environment, enterprises change their organizational structure, business processes, ideology and culture, innovation ability and logistics system through organizational changes.In order to improve their core competitiveness.Logistics planning is one of the most important ways for enterprises to realize the transformation of logistics system. Like organizational change resistance, the implementation of logistics planning scheme will also face resistance.From a theoretical point of view, at present, most of the related researches on logistics planning focus on the definition, classification, scheme design, scheme selection and so on, but lack of attention to the implementation of logistics planning.Therefore, combined with force field analysis method, this paper makes a deep theoretical and empirical study on the implementation resistance of enterprise logistics planning scheme, discusses the management method to solve the resistance, and ensures the smooth implementation of logistics planning plan.Firstly, according to the relevant theory, change resistance model, literature research and questionnaire survey, a force field analysis based logistics plan implementation resistance evaluation model is established.The theories related to this paper, including force field analysis, logistics planning and resistance, are reviewed in this paper.The typical change resistance model is analyzed, and the research idea of this paper is obtained.This paper summarizes the relevant literature of organizational change resistance, and obtains the index of resistance evaluation.A questionnaire was issued to verify the accuracy of the resistance evaluation index in the enterprise.Then, based on the method of force field analysis, the resistance evaluation model of logistics planning is established.Secondly, the resistance factor model of logistics planning scheme is established by factor analysis.According to the survey data of the questionnaire, the resistance evaluation index scale of logistics planning scheme is obtained.The traditional statistical method is used to analyze the index of resistance evaluation, and the rank of resistance index is obtained, and the factor analysis method is used to analyze the scale of resistance evaluation index, which reduces and synthetically explains the index of resistance evaluation.The results show that the result of traditional statistical method is a subset of factor analysis method, and the factor analysis method is more comprehensive and accurate.According to the common resistance factors obtained, the model of implementing resistance factor of logistics planning scheme is established.Finally, through the empirical research, take A company as an example, established the logistics planning plan implementation resistance management model.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the logistics plan in enterprises, we need to manage the resistance in the implementation of the plan.As company A is the sample of questionnaire data, a management model of resistance in logistics planning scheme is set up, and the feasibility of resistance management model is discussed.Therefore, the resistance model, factor model and resistance management model of the implementation of the logistics planning scheme in this paper constitute the prediction research of the resistance to the implementation of the logistics planning plan.
