技师学院校园网卡销售管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着计算机科学技术的不断的发展,计算机网络通信技术的不断成熟,各行各业进入了网络化时代。校园网卡随之孕育而生,人们已不局限于传统的流程单一、缺乏管理、工作量繁琐的销售管理方式,而更加青睐于科学化、网络化、正规化的销售管理系统。因此,针对技师学院设计出一套适用的、完整的销售管理信息系统是很有必要的。本文初步分析了当前校园卡销售管理方面存在的问题,联系实际情况设计实现了一个以控制物流为主的管理软件。该系统实现了部分ERP的功能,尽力做到降低实施成本,减少实施风险,加快实施进度,增加投资回报。针对牡丹江技师学院的实际情况,使用流程化销售管理思想,设计并实现了基于B/S模式的牡丹江技师学院校园网卡销售管理信息系统。本论文的主要内容为:(1)结合销售管理的基本思想,具体分析校园卡销售实际的需求,完全按照软件工程的思想来设计系统的开发流程,校园卡销售管理包括销售管理信息系统平台、平台设计启示等;并介绍了基于B/S模式的销售管理信息系统平台的构想。(2)对技师学院校园网卡销售管理系统需求分析主要进行了可行性分析、数据流图的分析、对技师学院校园网卡销售管理系统功能需求分析。(3)技师学院校园网卡销售管理系统,介绍了系统总体设计,其中包括现行业务介绍、系统模块设计、数据库逻辑结构设计以及数据库详细设计。(4)主要是对校园网卡销售管理系统的主要几个功能模块的设计与实现加以论述,包括成绩统计系统登录界面、主操作界面、网卡入库界面、网卡销售界面及销售统计界面。重点叙述了系统的设计与实现过程。计算机的应用和普及,使我们可以应用计算机来进行管理,这样,面对大量的管理信息,我们不必再需要人为地管理,我们开发出销售管理软件就可以很轻松的进行管理。销售管理系统是一个协助各校园网卡进行销售管理的系统,它是办公自动化系统的基础,是应用计算机进行管理的一种方法。本系统使用Microsoft Visual studio 2008及Microsoft SQL2008作为开发工具,利用面向对象的结构和自上而下的程序设计方法,基本实现了网卡的日常管理和采购出货的查询。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer science and technology and the maturation of computer network communication technology, various industries have entered the networked era.With the birth of campus network card, people are not limited to the traditional process of single, lack of management, workload cumbersome sales management, but more favor to scientific, networked, regularized sales management system.Therefore, it is necessary to design a set of applicable, complete sales management information system for technician college.This paper preliminarily analyzes the problems existing in the management of campus card sales, and designs and implements a management software based on logistics control combined with the actual situation.The system realizes some functions of ERP, and makes every effort to reduce the implementation cost, reduce the risk of implementation, speed up the implementation progress and increase the return on investment.According to the actual situation of Mudanjiang technician College, the paper designs and implements the management information system of Mudanjiang technician college campus network card based on B / S mode.The main content of this paper is: (1) combining with the basic idea of sales management, the actual demand of campus card sales is analyzed, and the development process of the system is designed according to the idea of software engineering.Campus card sales management includes sales management information system platform, platform design inspiration;This paper also introduces the conception of sales management information system platform based on B / S model. It mainly analyzes the feasibility and data flow diagram of the requirement analysis of the campus network card sales management system of technician college.This paper introduces the overall design of the system, including the current business introduction, the design of the system module, and the analysis of the function requirement of the campus network card sales management system of the technician college.Database logical structure design and database detailed design. 4) mainly discusses the design and implementation of the main function modules of the campus network card sales management system, including the login interface and the main operating interface of the score statistics system.Network card storage interface, network card sales interface and sales statistics interface.The design and implementation of the system are described in detail.The application and popularization of computer make it possible for us to use computer to manage. In the face of a large amount of management information, we do not need artificial management, we can develop sales management software to manage it very easily.The sales management system is a system to assist each campus network card to carry on the sales management. It is the foundation of the office automation system and a method of applying the computer to manage.In this system, Microsoft Visual studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL2008 are used as development tools, and the object-oriented structure and top-down programming method are used to realize the daily management of network card and the inquiry of purchasing and shipping.
