航空快递中心作业流程优化和布局规划研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国物流产业发展迅猛,在多种物流运输方式之中,航空物流以其速度快、安全性高成为了众多快递公司的首选。然而在具体作业流程设计和货物地面处理设施规划布局中,机场方面很少考虑到快递企业的诉求,鲜有专业性的快递处理场所和企业分拨点。另外,快递等相关企业在机场内部设置作业处理场所时,往往从自身作业效率和成本的角度对设施设备的布局进行规划设计,少有考虑到自身作业流程和机场相关作业的衔接。因此,从机场与快递企业作业处理场所整体作业流程一体化的角度,研究航空快递中心作业流程优化和布局规划问题具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在学习和总结国内外相关文献的基础上,通过对航空运输业作业流程优化仿真理论方法和功能区布局建模方法的研究,以北京新机场为例,对机场建立航空快递中心的流程优化,以及基于流程一体化的功能区内部布局问题进行了系统的研究。首先,纵览国内外大型机场,本文针对航空快递中心设置于空港内和空港外两种布局模式进行流程分析和优化。通过比较多种离散系统业务流程建模方法,选用Petri网来进行两种模式下航空快递中心进出港作业流程建模,并通过不变量的方法对其结构性能进行分析,从而验证其有界性和活性等基本性能。接着在Petri网模型中引入时间因素,通过ExSpect软件进行作业流程的仿真,针对平均周期时间的仿真结果提出流程优化的相关建议,并对优化后模型再次仿真,比较优化前后验证优化效果。根据优化后两种模式的仿真结果,选出更适宜北京新机场未来发展的作业模式。其次,根据流程优化中较优的布局模式进行航空快递中心内部功能区布局研究。对布局问题常用方法进行了综述比选,选择应用SLP方法并进行改进。结合航空快递中心的特点,加入虚拟功能区分析空侧和陆侧交通对快递中心的影响,同时摒弃传统人工布局调整方法,建立以物料搬运成本最小、邻接关联度最大和土地利用率最高为目标的多目标数学模型,通过遗传算法进行求解。最后,以北京新机场为例,基于改进的SLP对其国内航空快递中心内部功能区布局进行规划,得出了较为满意的布局方案,验证了本文布局思路的同时为北京新机场航空快递中心的布局提供理论支撑和决策依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the logistics industry of our country has developed rapidly. Among the various modes of logistics transportation, aviation logistics has become the first choice for many express delivery companies because of its fast speed and high security.However, in the specific operation process design and cargo ground handling facilities planning and layout, the airport rarely takes the demands of express delivery enterprises into account, and there are few professional express processing sites and enterprise distribution points.In addition, express delivery and other related enterprises in the airport set up job processing sites, often from the perspective of their own operational efficiency and cost of the layout of facilities and equipment planning and design, rarely considering their own operational process and airport related operations.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the optimization of the operation process and layout planning of the air express center from the point of view of the integration of the operation process of the airport and the job processing site of the express delivery enterprise.On the basis of studying and summing up the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper studies the theory and method of optimization simulation of operation flow of air transportation industry and the modeling method of function area layout, taking Beijing New Airport as an example.The process optimization of establishing air express center in airport and the internal layout of function area based on process integration are systematically studied in this paper.First of all, this paper analyzes and optimizes the two layout modes of air express center in and out of the airport, which is based on an overview of the large airports at home and abroad.Through the comparison of many discrete system business process modeling methods, Petri net is selected to model the air express center's inbound and outbound operation process in two modes, and its structure and performance are analyzed by invariant method.The boundedness and activity of the product are verified.Then the time factor is introduced into the Petri net model, and the simulation of the job flow is carried out through the ExSpect software, and the relevant suggestions of the process optimization are put forward for the simulation results of the average cycle time, and the model is simulated again after the optimization.Compare the effect of optimization before and after optimization.According to the simulation results of the two models, the operation mode which is more suitable for the future development of Beijing New Airport is selected.Secondly, according to the optimal layout mode in the process optimization, the internal functional area layout of air express center is studied.The common methods of layout problem are summarized and selected, and the SLP method is selected and improved.Combined with the characteristics of the air express center, the virtual function area is added to analyze the influence of air side and land side traffic on the express delivery center. At the same time, the traditional manual layout adjustment method is abandoned, and the material handling cost is minimized.The multi-objective mathematical model with the maximum degree of adjacent correlation and the highest land utilization rate is solved by genetic algorithm.Finally, taking the Beijing new airport as an example, based on the improved SLP, the layout of the internal function area of the domestic air express center is planned, and a more satisfactory layout scheme is obtained.At the same time, it provides theoretical support and decision basis for the layout of Beijing New Airport Air Express Center.
