面向远程故障诊断的物流设备数据采集与监控系统设计

【摘要】:烟草物流系统故障频发影响生产,故障诊断系统可通过对系统运行状态的分析来定位故障及其原因,使其对生产的影响最小化。数据采集与监控系统作为故障诊断系统的辅助手段,可获取设备状态信息参与故障诊断并提供可视化的监控界面,其包含两部分:数据采集系统与设备状态监控系统。在面向故障诊断的过程中,数据采集系统采集关键设备的状态信息为故障诊断提供数据支撑,将设备状态按照重要程度进行分级,将不同级别数据分不同频率进行采集减少数据传输量,保证数据的实时性,维持系统的稳定。监控系统由远程端与现场端两部分组成,分别对应组态软件和工业触摸屏。组态软件采用In Touch运行于远程端,获取罗克韦尔可编程控制器的内部信息,结合三维制图软件进行三维组态、开发Axtive X控件提高软件的可操作性并结合现场实际情况完成动态效果,实时的操作环境有助于提高故障诊断的实时性与准确性;结合组态软件的报警功能完成对故障的初步诊断并与故障诊断系统进行数据交互。工业触摸屏作为现场控制终端,基于Win CE嵌入式实时操作系统,开发基于ADO三层结构模型的数据库访问应用程序实现对故障诊断系统的远程访问,获取系统的故障信息用以辅助现场人员对故障进行定位以及设备维护,结合触摸屏组态软件开发环境完成触摸屏监控系统的开发。该系统在烟草物流系统中正式运用,运行效果良好。
[Abstract]:The frequent occurrence of the tobacco logistics system affects production, and the fault diagnosis system can locate the fault and its causes by analyzing the operating state of the system to minimize its impact on the production. As an auxiliary means of fault diagnosis system, data acquisition and monitoring system can obtain equipment state information to participate in fault diagnosis and provide visual monitoring interface. It includes two parts: data acquisition system and equipment state monitoring system. In the process of fault diagnosis, the data acquisition system collects the state information of the key equipment to provide the data support for the fault diagnosis, and classifies the state of the equipment according to the important degree. Different levels of data are collected at different frequencies to reduce the amount of data transmission, to ensure the real-time data, and to maintain the stability of the system. The monitoring system consists of remote terminal and field terminal, corresponding to configuration software and industrial touch screen respectively. The configuration software uses in Touch to run on the remote end. The internal information of Rockwell programmable controller is obtained, and the 3D configuration is carried out with 3D drawing software. The development of Axtive X controls to improve the operability of the software and the actual situation in the field to complete the dynamic effect, real-time operating environment is conducive to improve the real-time and accuracy of fault diagnosis; Combined with the alarm function of configuration software, the initial fault diagnosis is completed and the data is interacted with the fault diagnosis system. As the field control terminal, the industrial touch screen is based on the embedded real-time operating system of Win CE, and the database access application program based on the ADO three-layer structure model is developed to realize the remote access to the fault diagnosis system. The fault information of the system is obtained to assist the field personnel to locate the fault and maintain the equipment, and to complete the development of the touch screen monitoring system combined with the development environment of the touch screen configuration software. The system is formally used in the tobacco logistics system, and the operation effect is good.
