物流企业集团及其竞争力评价

【摘要】：近年来,我国物流企业发展如雨后春笋,但不少物流企业存在"小"、"弱"、"少"、"散"的特点。面对激烈竞争,不少物流企业组成物流企业集团,以增强自身的竞争能力。文章在总结物流企业集团的概念和特征的基础上,综合考虑物流企业集团竞争力的层次结构和基本构成要素,提出了对物流企业集团竞争力进行综合评价的FIPO评价模型,对竞争力动态运行的全过程进行了评价。
[Abstract]:In recent years, logistics enterprises in China have sprung up, but many logistics enterprises have the characteristics of "small", "weak", "little" and "scattered". In the face of fierce competition, many logistics enterprises form logistics enterprise groups to enhance their competitiveness. On the basis of summing up the concept and characteristics of logistics enterprise group, considering the hierarchical structure and basic constituent elements of logistics enterprise group competitiveness, this paper puts forward a FIPO evaluation model for comprehensive evaluation of logistics enterprise group competitiveness. The whole process of dynamic operation of competitiveness is evaluated.
