物流园区低碳发展竞争力评价体系研究

【摘要】:物流业是支撑国民经济发展的基础性、战略性产业。随着低碳经济的不断推进,低碳物流也成为物流业今后的发展方向和趋势。物流园区作为物流业发展的重要载体平台,其低碳化发展水平也成为园区竞争力的重要指标。所以,如何衡量园区的低碳发展竞争力情况,成为物流园区发展过程中的一项新课题。针对该问题,本文分析了国内外相关研究现状及理论基础,运用压力-状态-响应模型思想和价值链理论思想,分析了物流园区低碳发展竞争力的主要影响因素,构建了物流园区低碳发展竞争力的评价指标体系,提出了基于灰色网络分析法的评价方法,并进行了实例分析。论文的主要内容包括:首先,在相关理论的基础上,结合大量文献资料,探索性地提出了物流园区低碳发展竞争力的内涵,并对其特征进行了分析。其次,运用压力-状态-响应模型思想和价值链理论思想,从不同的角度分析得到物流园区低碳发展竞争力的主要影响因素:设施设备、信息技术、管理因素和环境因素。再次,结合能耗和碳排放这个低碳发展最直观的因素,从五个方面建立了物流园区低碳发展竞争力评价指标体系,并针对所研究的问题呈现的灰色特征,构建了基于灰色网络分析法(G-ANP)的评价模型,并说明了模型的求解过程。最后,将评价模型应用于某物流园区低碳发展竞争力评价中,对评价结果进行分析,为物流园区未来的发展和决策提供重要依据。并将灰色网络分析法(G-ANP)的评价结果和模糊层次分析法(F-AHP)的结果进行对比,验证了G-ANP评价方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is the basic and strategic industry supporting the development of national economy. With the development of low-carbon economy, low-carbon logistics has become the development direction and trend of logistics industry in the future. Logistics Park as an important carrier of logistics development, its low carbonization development level has also become an important indicator of the competitiveness of the park. Therefore, how to measure the low-carbon development competitiveness of the park has become a new topic in the development of logistics park. Aiming at this problem, this paper analyzes the current research situation and theoretical basis at home and abroad, applies the idea of pressure-state-response model and value chain theory, and analyzes the main influencing factors of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park. The evaluation index system of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park is constructed, and the evaluation method based on grey network analysis is put forward, and an example is analyzed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of relevant theories and a great deal of literature, the connotation of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park is put forward and its characteristics are analyzed. Secondly, by using the idea of pressure-state-response model and value chain theory, the main influencing factors of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park are analyzed from different angles: facility equipment, information technology, management factors and environmental factors. Thirdly, combining energy consumption and carbon emission as the most intuitive factor of low-carbon development, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park from five aspects, and presents grey characteristics in view of the problems studied. The evaluation model based on the grey network analysis method (G-ANP) is constructed, and the solving process of the model is explained. Finally, the evaluation model is applied to the evaluation of the low carbon development competitiveness of a logistics park, and the evaluation results are analyzed to provide an important basis for the future development and decision-making of the logistics park. The evaluation results of G-ANP) and the results of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) are compared to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the G-ANP evaluation method.
