家装家装公司电子家装用户关系管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:家装用户关系管理是基于家装用户为主要核心,通过为家装用户提供优质、满意的服务,以此来,满足家装用户的需求,从而达到提高家装用户满意度的目的。尤其是人民生活水平提供竞争日益激烈的市场,特别是对家装业务,主要现代市场营销为重的家装公司;扩大家装用户,家装用户关系管理更为重要。基于此,本文通过对家装公司电子家装用户管理系统进行设计与开发,打破旧传统,将现代管理工具引入现代社会中,这人民刚性需求很大,但依然是小作坊式的运营模式的行业。从而促进家装公司,尤其是本家族家装公司,更好的通过电子家装用户管理系统对家装用户关系进行管理,提高家装用户对线下运营单位的满意度,从而提高线下运营单位的盈利能力,保障股东,投资者的利益。基于小型家装线下运营单位的特点,通过将理论研究与系统分析相结合,来设计和实现系统。本文主要采用Browser/Server三层体系结构模型来对家装线下运营单位电子家装用户管理系统进行设计。家装线下运营单位电子家装用户管理系统主要采用c#为系统开发语言,采用数据库服务器为Microsoft SQL Server 2000和开发平台为Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2005,同时,通过互联网来交流ADO.NET技术。融入现代家装公司管理的运营模块,确定eCRM系统特点和操作序列,完成一个详细的实用,性价比高的分支架构的整体软件。eCRM系统主要为了实现以下几个功能:对家装用户进行前端配置管理、对家装用户的需求进行管理、如何对家装用户进行所预订产品,施工,物流以及深层次开发管理、如何对提供家装用户的后期服务进行管理。通过分析决策算法的研究,分析了决策能力为以下算法:影响因素评价算法性能评估算法,投诉的评估算法。通过这些算法可以更好的对集团线下运营单位损失原因进行评估与分析。系统的设计原则主要是通过根据副控制模块来对每个子系统的功能进行开发与实现。并对数据的存储过程进行研究,从而更好访问数据库,以此来达到提高系统运行效率的目的。本文在基于Windows2000/2003操作系统上来设计实现eCRM系统,并对系统进行上线测试,已经实际应用在广东三星品高整体家居装饰有限公司的营运管理上,运行良好,提高了线下运营单位的整体效益。
[Abstract]:Home improvement user relationship management is based on the home user as the main core, by providing quality and satisfactory services to the home improvement users, to meet the needs of home improvement users, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the satisfaction of home improvement users. In particular, the people's living standards provide increasingly competitive market, especially for the home decoration business, the main modern market marketing is the most important home decoration companies, expanding the home installation users, home improvement user relationship management is more important. Based on this, through the design and development of the electronic home decoration user management system, this paper breaks the old tradition and introduces the modern management tools into the modern society. But it is still a small workshop business model of the industry. In order to promote home decoration companies, especially the family home decoration companies, through the electronic home improvement user management system to manage the relationship of home improvement users, improve the satisfaction of home decoration users to offline operation units, So as to improve the profitability of offline operating units, to protect the interests of shareholders and investors. The system is designed and implemented by combining the theoretical research with the system analysis based on the characteristics of the operation unit under the small home decoration line. In this paper, the Browser/Server three-tier architecture model is used to design the electronic home decoration user management system of the operation unit under the home decoration line. The electronic home decoration user management system of the operation unit under the home decoration line mainly adopts c# as the system development language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database server and Microsoft Visual Studio. Net 2005 as the development platform. At the same time, the ADO.NET technology is exchanged through the Internet. Integrated into the management of modern home decoration company operation module, determine the characteristics of the eCRM system and operation sequence, complete a detailed practical, The overall software. ECRM system with high performance and price ratio is mainly designed to achieve the following functions: to manage the front end configuration of the home decoration users, to manage the needs of the home decoration users, how to make the products ordered and constructed for the home decoration users, Logistics and deep-level development and management, how to provide home-improvement users of late service management. Through the research of decision algorithm, the decision ability is analyzed as follows: performance evaluation algorithm for influencing factor evaluation algorithm, evaluation algorithm for complaints. Through these algorithms, we can better evaluate and analyze the loss reasons of the operating units under the group line. The design principle of the system is to develop and implement the function of each subsystem according to the sub-control module. The stored procedure of the data is studied to access the database better, so as to improve the efficiency of the system. This paper designs and implements the eCRM system based on the Windows2000/2003 operating system, and carries on the on-line test to the system. It has been applied in the operation management of Guangdong Samsung Pinkgo integral Home Decoration Co., Ltd., and it is running well. Improve the overall efficiency of offline operating units.
