物流无人机在中国农村电商物流市场应用研究

【摘要】:近几年,中国民用无人机技术快速发展具备了在物流领域应用的基本技术条件。物流无人机因其空中飞行的特点能够提高农村电商物流的配送效率和降低配送成本,在农村电商物流市场具有应用前景,并吸引了物流企业开展实际应用研究,农村电商物流有望成为民用无人机切入物流领域的突破口。然而,受制于物流无人机续航能力不强、配送过程中存在安全隐患、物流无人机及其调度系统生产制造成本高和政策监管体系不完善等原因,物流无人机还未广泛应用于农村电商物流市场。如果能够解决物流无人机在农村电商物流市场应用存在的问题,推动物流无人机广泛应用于农村电商物流市场,对中国物流行业、农村电商行业和民用无人机行业具有重大经济意义。本文首先通过数据对比分析和举例说明等方式介绍物流无人机因能解决农村电商物流的痛点而在农村电商物流市场具有应用前景。接之,在定性和定量分析基础上,从物流无人机的续航能力、物流无人机及其调度系统生产制造成本、物流无人机配送过程的安全性、政策监管体系四个方面详细地分析了物流无人机在农村电商物流市场应用存在的问题及其成因,认为物流无人机续航能力不强、物流无人机及其调度系统生产制造成本高、配送过程存在安全隐患和政策监管体系不完善是物流无人机在农村电商物流市场应用所遇到的主要问题。最后根据所分析出的问题及其成因,从无人机生产企业、物流企业和政府三个角度提出相应的解决对策,建议应分别从物流无人机技术、物流运作和政策监管体系方面解决现存的问题,相互合作以推动物流无人机在中国农村电商物流市场的应用。本文创新之处在于研究内容和研究视角上的创新。研究内容的创新在于以中国农村电商物流市场作为应用场景研究物流无人机的应用。研究视角的创新在于本文在研究解决对策时不仅站在无人机生产企业和政府的角度考虑,同时也站在物流企业的角度考虑,能够较为全面地分析物流无人机在农村电商物流市场应用所需考虑的因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of Chinese civil UAV technology has the basic technical conditions for application in the field of logistics. The logistics UAV can improve the efficiency of logistics distribution and reduce the cost of distribution for the logistics of rural e-commerce. It has the application prospect in the rural e-commerce logistics market, and has attracted the practical application of the logistics enterprises. Research, rural e-commerce logistics is expected to become a breakthrough in the field of logistics for civilian UAV. However, it is limited to the low capacity of the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle, the hidden danger in the process of distribution, the high cost of the production and manufacture of the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle and the imperfect policy supervision system, and the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has not been widely used. If we can solve the problems of logistics UAV logistics market in rural areas, promote the extensive application of logistics UAV in the rural e-commerce logistics market, it is of great economic significance for China's logistics industry, rural e-commerce industry and civil UAV industry. Then, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the endurance of the logistics unmanned aircraft, the production cost of the logistics UAV and its dispatching system, the security of the distribution process of the logistics UAV, In four aspects, the problems and causes of the application of logistics UAV in the rural e-commerce logistics market are analyzed in detail. It is considered that the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has not strong endurance, the logistics UAV and its scheduling system have high production cost, the hidden danger in the distribution process and the imperfect policy supervision system are the logistics unmanned aerial vehicles. The main problems encountered in the application of the rural e-commerce logistics market. Finally, according to the analysis of the problems and their causes, the corresponding solutions are put forward from three angles of the UAV production enterprises, logistics enterprises and the government. It is suggested that the existing problems should be solved separately from the logistics UAV Technology, the logistics operation and the policy system. In order to promote the application of logistics UAV in China's rural e-commerce logistics market. The innovation lies in the research content and the innovation in the research perspective.
