青岛外运公司网上服务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:本论文通过分析软件系统总体结构设计、应用程序框架、功能模块划分、开发部署环境等方面的内容,分析系统的业务流程、集成关系、IT系统实现方式,结合面向对象的设计方法对技术架构、功能架构、网络架构进行设计,按照系统的实施的方法论进行实施,通过严格的测试对项目质量进行严格控制。本文首先对功能性和非功能性的需求进行了分析,然后采用UML建模语言,对系统进行了建模。在系统的设计阶段,采用自顶而下的方法,逐一对系统各模块进行分析与设计。在文中给出了系统的各功能模块图,系统设计的E-R图,数据库的总体结构和所需要的数据表等内容。最后介绍了通过Java和B/S来实现系统的优势以及价值。其中,使用的相关技术包括MVC开发模式、Struts2、HSP、 Hibernate技术以及SQLServer数据库等。本系统实现了一个供青岛外运公司集团企业使用的网上服务的平台。系统提供了良好的交互界面以及网上服务的各个子模块,如:订舱管理、网上装箱、对账管理、箱管管理、货物跟踪管理和系统管理。订舱管理子模块用于对订单进行查询、修改、确认、打印、删除、操作历史查询等;网上装箱子模块用于网上用户通过该模块向海运系统提交装箱信息。既可可提供按提单号单票提交装箱信息,也可提供按船名/航次批量提交装箱信息功能,还可通过EDI批量导入装箱信息;对账管理子模块可以让主系统结算人员选择需要对帐的费用并发布到网上,外运网上客户可以确认对帐金额并预生成发票。也可以对有问题的费用进行标注通知主系统人员进行核对更改;箱管管理子模块主要提供了进口EIR放箱、超期使用费、箱动态、在场在港箱查询操作;货物跟踪管理子模块提供状态管理和费用管理功能给海外代理用户进行国外状态和费用的维护和管理;系统管理子模块用于系统管理员通过数据权限配置控制可否跨个人、跨公司查看和操作;通过建立网上服务平台,实现了集团客户服务统一的对外窗口,为客户提供了全方位,多层次,个性的航运物流服务,在线上实现订舱,装箱,对账,箱管等业务流程。优化公司内部各业务流程,切实解决了服务质量上存在的问题。实现公司各部门,各单位的权责,增强了责任意识,提高了服务效率,最大限度的方便了客户。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through the analysis of software system architecture design, application framework, functional module partition, development and deployment environment and other aspects of the content, analysis of the business process of the system, integration of the relationship of IT system implementation. Based on the object-oriented design method, the technical framework, functional architecture and network architecture are designed, and the project quality is strictly controlled through strict testing according to the methodology of the implementation of the system. In this paper, the functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed, and then the system is modeled by UML modeling language. In the design stage of the system, the top-down method is used to analyze and design each module of the system one by one. In this paper, the function modules of the system, the E-R diagram of the system, the structure of the database and the data table are given. Finally, the advantage and value of realizing the system by Java and B / S are introduced. Among them, the related technologies used include MVC development mode, Hibernate technology and SQLServer database, etc. This system realizes a platform of online service for Qingdao Outsourcing Company Group. The system provides a good interface and various sub-modules of online services, such as booking management, online packing, reconciliation management, box management, cargo tracking management and system management. Booking management sub-module is used to query, modify, confirm, print, delete, operation history query and so on. Not only can cocoa provide the information of packing according to bill of lading number, but also can provide the function of submitting packing information according to ship name / voyage in batches, and can also import packing information in batches through EDI; The reconciliation management sub-module allows the master system clearing staff to select the cost of the reconciliation and publish it to the Internet. Customers can confirm the amount of the reconciliation and pre-generate the invoice. We can also check and change the main system staff by marking and notifying the problematic expenses. The box management submodule mainly provides the import EIR to place the box, the overdue usage fee, the box dynamic, the scene in the harbor box inquiry operation; The cargo tracking management sub-module provides the status management and cost management functions to overseas agents for the maintenance and management of foreign state and expenses. The system management sub-module is used by the system administrator to control whether the system administrator can cross individuals through the configuration of data rights. Cross company view and operation; through the establishment of online service platform to achieve the group customer service unified external window, to provide customers with a comprehensive, multi-level, personalized shipping logistics services, online booking, packing, reconciliation, Box tube and other business processes. Optimize the internal business processes, effectively solve the service quality problems. Realize the power and responsibility of all departments and units of the company, enhance the sense of responsibility, improve the service efficiency, and maximize the convenience of customers.
