基于系统控制论的物流管理专业多维实践教学体系构建研究

【摘要】:物流管理是应用性很强的专业,学生实践能力和创新精神的培养是物流管理实践教学的难点。本文基于高校物流管理专业学生实践能力培养方面存在的问题,运用系统控制论的控制、调节、反馈等功能,探索建立提高学生专业技能和创新能力的"四位一体"实践教学体系。从实践教学模式、实践教学课程设计、实践教学平台和实践教学质量监控四个维度论述构建实践教学体系的要素内容与具体方法,旨在探索提高人才培养质量的实践教学体系构建新思路,促进本科物流管理专业实践教学的可持续发展,培养面向物流行业发展需求、具有解决实践问题的专业创新人才。
[Abstract]:Logistics management is a major with strong application. The cultivation of students' practical ability and innovative spirit is a difficult point in the practical teaching of logistics management. Based on the problems existing in the cultivation of practical ability of students majoring in logistics management in colleges and universities, this paper uses the functions of control, regulation and feedback of system cybernetics. To explore the establishment of a "four-in-one" practical teaching system to improve students' professional skills and innovative abilities. From the four dimensions of practice teaching mode, practical teaching curriculum design, practical teaching platform and practice teaching quality monitoring, the paper discusses the elements and concrete methods of constructing practice teaching system. The purpose of this paper is to explore a new way of constructing practical teaching system to improve the quality of personnel training, to promote the sustainable development of practical teaching of undergraduate logistics management specialty, and to cultivate innovative talents who meet the needs of the development of logistics industry and have the ability to solve practical problems.
