【摘要】:随着我国经济社会的不断发展,快节奏的生活步履和高水平的生活质量对食物及日用品均提出了较高的保鲜保质要求,导致冷链物流配送的重要性日益增强。而我国现代化冷链物流配送行业还处于起步阶段,冷链物流配送成本居高不下,严重阻碍冷链物流进一步发展。如何优化冷链物流配送路径,节省费用,加快货物流通,减少碳排放量,增加物流企业收益,已成为当前研究热点。上海鑫宜公司是一家专业从事生鲜产品配送的冷链物流企业,其冷链物流配送运营中存在成本高,客户满意度低,配送效率差等方面的问题。因此,研究上海鑫宜公司冷链物流配送路径优化具有实际意义。本文以上海鑫宜公司为研究对象,研究鑫宜公司的冷链物流配送路径优化模型构建和改进粒子群算法的模型求解问题。首先介绍了冷链物流的基本概念和特点、冷链物流路径优化概念及构成要素和研究现状,以及求解路径优化问题的主要算法,从而对冷链物流路径优化有了较为全面系统的理解;其次,对上海鑫宜公司冷链物流配送现状及问题进行深入系统分析,并据此对影响冷链物流配送成本的因素实施系统梳理,引入总成本概念,具体包括固定成本、运输成本、货损成本、碳排放成本及时间惩罚成本,构建目标函数模型,从客户、车辆两方面设计模型约束条件,形成以总成本最小化的冷链物流路径优化决策模型;最后,结合鑫宜公司的实际配送数据,运用MATLAB软件进行路径优化仿真,验证了改进粒子群算法在解决路径优化问题的可行性,并从车辆分配方式、车辆路径以及客户服务时间协调等方面提出鑫宜公司A冷链物流配送中心的配送方案优化建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, the fast pace of life and the high quality of life have put forward higher requirements for food and daily necessities, which leads to the increasing importance of cold chain logistics distribution. The modern cold chain logistics distribution industry in China is still in its infancy. The high cost of cold chain logistics distribution seriously hinders the further development of cold chain logistics. How to optimize the cold chain logistics distribution route, save the cost, speed up the circulation of goods, reduce carbon emissions, and increase the revenue of logistics enterprises, has become the current research focus. Shanghai Xinyi Company is a cold chain logistics enterprise specialized in fresh and fresh product distribution. Its cold chain logistics operation has some problems such as high cost, low customer satisfaction, poor distribution efficiency and so on. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the route optimization of cold chain logistics distribution in Shanghai Xinyi Company. In this paper, Shanghai Xinyi Company is taken as the research object to study the optimization model of cold chain logistics distribution path of Xinyi Company and the model solving problem of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO). Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concept and characteristics of cold chain logistics, the concept of cold chain logistics path optimization, its constituent elements and research status, and the main algorithms to solve the path optimization problem. Therefore, we have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the cold chain logistics route optimization. Secondly, the current situation and problems of cold chain logistics distribution in Shanghai Xinyi Company are systematically analyzed, and the factors affecting the cost of cold chain logistics distribution are systematically combed. This paper introduces the concept of total cost, including fixed cost, transportation cost, damage cost, carbon emission cost and time penalty cost, constructs the objective function model, and designs the constraint conditions of the model from two aspects of customer and vehicle. Finally, combining with the actual distribution data of Xinyi Company, the MATLAB software is used to simulate the path optimization. The feasibility of the improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm in solving the path optimization problem is verified, and some suggestions for optimizing the distribution scheme of the A cold chain logistics distribution center of Xinyi Company are put forward from the aspects of vehicle allocation, vehicle routing and customer service time coordination.
