基于空间句法的武汉市综合性公园绿地可达性研究

【摘要】:城市公园绿地是城市绿地系统的重要组成部分,同时,也是城市居民重要的公共游憩场所。居民能否方便快捷进入公园,以实现这一绿色公共设施的使用,是衡量城市宜居水平的重要指标。我国现行的城市绿地评价指标体系主要关注城市绿地率、人均公园面积等针对于绿地的 量‖的衡量,对公园绿地的布局合理性、居民到达公园的便捷性等方面仍缺少定性与定量的分析与评价。公园绿地可达性能较好反映它为居民提供服务的可能性和潜力,其作为评价城市绿地建设的新指标,已得到广泛认可。按照网络特性的差异,可以将可达性分为几何网络和拓扑网络两大类。目前,用于公园绿地可达性的评价方法,主要是基于几何网络的度量方法。基于拓扑网络的可达性,空间结构形态所致的人流、物流、信息流等潜在运动密度分布,考虑了心理可达性,可以从新的角度补充公园绿地可达性的评价系统。本文借助“空间句法”的理论和方法,从拓扑网络角度,创新现有的公园可达性研究思路,并借助Depthmap、GIS、ENVI以及SPSS等软件分析平台,对城市公园绿地的拓扑可达性进行量化分析研究,探求城市公园绿地的社会服务能力与其空间分布形态之间的内在联系。论文通过武汉城市模型以及公园句法模型的建立、验证以及变量指标分析,对武汉市综合性公园的句法可达性进行综合评价,并得出以下结论:根据公园句法模型值,将武汉市综合性公园句法可达性分为6级,其中,可达性等级最高的是中山公园、小南湖公园、宝岛公园,其缓冲区内路网的局部整合度(R2000)平均值均在140以上,可达性等级最低的是小磨山公园以及马鞍山森林公园;总的来说,武汉市综合性公园在空间结构上的布局较为合理,首先,85%以上的公园位于全市模型中高可达性区域;其次,而空间拓扑可达性较高的公园,呈现集中分布的趋势,分布于汉口核心片区;最后,综合性公园的句法可达性的等级分布,与武汉市城市人口密度的等级分布,以及城市热岛效应的等级分布,都保持较高的一致性。但是,部分整合度较高的活力次中心区域,无可达性较高的综合性公园辐射,少数公园的入口没有很好的结合周边高可达性的路网,还有待优化改善。
[Abstract]:Urban park green space is an important part of urban green space system, and it is also an important public recreation place for urban residents. It is an important index to measure the livable level of the city whether the residents can enter the park conveniently and quickly to realize the use of the green public facilities. The current evaluation index system of urban green space in our country is mainly concerned with the measurement of urban green space rate, per capita park area and so on, and the rationality of the layout of park green space. There is still a lack of qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation on the convenience of residents to the park. The reachability performance of park green space reflects the possibility and potential of providing service to residents, and it has been widely accepted as a new index to evaluate the construction of urban green space. According to the difference of network characteristics, reachability can be divided into geometric network and topological network. At present, the method of evaluating the accessibility of park green space is mainly based on geometric network. Based on the distribution of potential motion density such as the reachability of topological network, the form of spatial structure, the flow of people, logistics and information, the psychological reachability is considered, which can be used to supplement the evaluation system of the accessibility of park green space from a new angle. In this paper, with the help of the theory and method of "space syntax", from the point of view of topological network, this paper innovates the existing research ideas of park accessibility, and makes a quantitative analysis and research on the topological accessibility of urban park green space by means of the software analysis platform such as Depthmapper GISENVI and SPSS. To explore the internal relationship between the social service ability of urban park green space and its spatial distribution form. Through the establishment, verification and variable index analysis of Wuhan city model and park syntactic model, this paper comprehensively evaluates the syntactic accessibility of Wuhan comprehensive park, and draws the following conclusions: according to the value of park syntactic model, The syntactic reachability of Wuhan comprehensive park is divided into 6 levels. The highest degree of accessibility is Zhongshan Park, Xiaonanhu Park and Baodao Park. The average value of local integration of the network in its buffer area is above 140. The lowest degree of accessibility is Xiaomoshan Park and Ma'anshan Forest Park. In general, the spatial structure of Wuhan Comprehensive Park is more reasonable. First, more than 85% of the parks are located in the high reachability area of the whole city model; secondly, However, the parks with higher spatial topological accessibility show a tendency of concentrated distribution, which is distributed in Hankou core area. Finally, the syntactic accessibility grade distribution of comprehensive parks is similar to that of urban population density in Wuhan. And the grade distribution of urban heat island effect is consistent. However, some of the active sub-central areas with higher integration degree, there is no comprehensive park radiation with higher accessibility, and a few parks do not have a good access to the surrounding high-accessibility road network, which needs to be optimized and improved.
