【摘要】：伴随着服务业在经济增长中发展速度越来越快,生产性服务业也成为人们日渐关注的领域,近年来,苏州市政府大力扶持农业生产性服务业,推进农业生产分工的细化,农业生产性服务业的发展取得了飞跃性的进步。对正在蓬勃发展的农业生产性服务业进行更深一步的研究,是加快农业现代化进程,实现农业现代化进一步发展的必然要求。本文的主要研究内容包括:首先,对农业生产性服务业进行概述,主要包括农业生产性服务业的运营模式以及对农业现代化的影响,其次,对苏州市农业现代化和农业生产性服务业的现状进行梳理和概括,并从实证上分析了农业生产性服务业对农业现代化的重要性,最后,对苏州市农业生产性服务业面临的问题进行逐一研究,总结苏州市在发展农业生产性服务业的过程中所面临的瓶颈,通过国内外发达地区的经验,提出相应的对策建议,包括政策支持、制度创新;推动金融创新、积极发展农业保险;培育人才、健全体系;培育流通主体,重视农产品市场建设;发展中介服务组织,强化服务能力,从政策、物流、金融、人才、中介组织五个部分针对所面临的瓶颈提出具体的建议,以期为苏州农业生产性服务业以及农业现代化更好的发展提供应有的贡献。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of service industry in economic growth, producer service industry has become an increasingly concerned area. In recent years, Suzhou municipal government has vigorously supported agricultural producer services, and promoted the division of labor in agricultural production. The development of agricultural producer services has made leaps and bounds. It is an inevitable requirement to speed up the process of agricultural modernization and realize the further development of agricultural modernization by further research on the booming agricultural producer service industry. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: first, it summarizes the agricultural producer services, mainly including the operation mode of agricultural producer services and the impact on agricultural modernization, secondly, The present situation of agricultural modernization and agricultural producer service in Suzhou is summarized, and the importance of agricultural producer service to agricultural modernization is analyzed empirically. Finally, The problems faced by agricultural producer services in Suzhou are studied one by one, and the bottlenecks in the process of developing agricultural producer services in Suzhou are summarized. Through the experience of developed regions at home and abroad, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Including policy support, institutional innovation, promoting financial innovation, actively developing agricultural insurance, cultivating talents and improving the system, cultivating the main body of circulation, attaching importance to the construction of agricultural products market, developing intermediary service organizations, strengthening service capacity, The five parts of logistics, finance, talents and intermediary organizations put forward concrete suggestions in view of the bottleneck faced by them, in order to provide due contribution to the better development of agricultural producer services and agricultural modernization in Suzhou.
