“新零售”的含义、模式及发展路径

【摘要】:"新零售"是应用互联网新技术、新思维,对传统零售方式加以改良和创新,将产品或服务出售给最终消费者的所有活动,它不仅仅是线上线下联动和物流的简单融合,同时还融入云计算、大数据等创新技术,包括全渠道但又超越全渠道,打破了过去所有的边界,以一种全新的面貌与消费者接触,使消费者随时都可以在最短时间内买到自己所需要的商品。"新零售"的核心是提升用户体验,主要模式有三种:一是线上线下与物流结合的同时,实现商品与物流渠道整合;二是提供更广范围内的体验式消费服务,实现消费场景化;三是营造包括零售企业内部员工及上下游合作伙伴的"新零售"平台,即打造全渠道产业生态链。"新零售"只有在与新制造、新金融、新技术和新资源等相结合,才能实现良性发展。
[Abstract]:"New Retail" is all activity that applies new Internet technologies, new ideas, improves and innovates traditional retailing, sells products or services to the end consumer, and it's not just a simple fusion of online and offline linkage and logistics. At the same time, innovative technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and so on, including all channels but beyond all channels, have broken all the boundaries of the past and have been able to reach out to consumers in a completely new way. So that consumers can at any time in the shortest possible time to buy the goods they need. " The core of New Retail is to enhance the user experience. There are three main modes: one is to realize the integration of goods and logistics channels while the other is to provide a wider range of experiential consumption services to realize the consumption scene. The third is to create a "new retail" platform that includes retail employees and upstream and downstream partners, that is, create a full channel industry ecological chain. " Only in combination with new manufacturing, new finance, new technology and new resources can new retailing achieve sound development.
