内蒙古伊利实业集团冷链运输管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近年来乳制品行业迅猛发展;为了最大限度的满足市场需求,伊利集团采取了一系列的措施紧跟市场步伐,提高产品质量、投入冷链运输成本、提高运输时效、降低价格、满足个性化需求。本论文主要论述了伊利信息化建设道路中的一部分,即冷链运输智能管理系统的设计与实现。在行业内,伊利率先采用了运输过程透明管理理念,结合先进的信息化手段对乳制品在冷藏运输过程中各个环节进行严格监控,不仅保证全程温度符合国家相关标准,而且通过管理大大提升了物流运输时效,保证了产品及时送达率,降低物流成本,提升了客户满意度。 论文主要讲述了伊利根据自身业务发展特点搭建的智能运输系统平台全过程,采用GPS定位技术与日常业务运作相结合的方式实现从原奶采集、原奶运输、成品奶制品发运的全程透明监控。论文的主要工作包括:首先,论文讨论了伊利集团目前的整体业务流程并分析了物流运作中对信息化系统的各类需求;其次,,针对不同的需求进行系统整体架构设计,搭建网络并形成功能结构图,实现系统基本框架;第三,结合现代化信息技术及GPS硬件终端实现可视化监控,在冷链运输车辆上安装温度探头和卫星车载终端以及显示屏、门磁等设备,各类设备分别采集不同类型的数据并回传至车载终端,由终端进行响应,此类数据通过互联网和GPRS无线通信网络传至后台服务器读取分析,最后通过互联网展示在系统电子地图上;例如温度探头实时采集不同温区的温度数据,门磁实时采集车辆开关门状态信息,显示屏最终将分析的数据进行直观展示等;与此同时系统后台可根据相关监控权限登陆系统,通过查询获取车辆在整个运输过程中的温度变化、门磁开关状况、冷机开关状况以及进出区域状况等,并且该监控平台还通过设置相关的报警信息来提醒司机,如疲劳驾驶报警、超速报警、超高温报警、非法开门报警、剪线报警、劫警等;第四,系统功能模块实现以后通过日常业务运作来进行实际性能测试,以检测其系统稳定性及实用性,并对测试结果进行分析,针对系统的负载能力、响应能力、可靠性等不断进行优化改善。 论文设计实现的冷链运输管理系统已经在内蒙古伊利实业集团使用,效果良好,指标达到用户要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the dairy industry has developed rapidly. In order to meet the market demand to the maximum extent, Yili Group has taken a series of measures to keep pace with the market, to improve the quality of products, to put in the cost of transportation in the cold chain, to increase the timeliness of transportation, and to reduce the price. To meet the individual needs. This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of the cold chain transportation intelligent management system. In the industry, Yili took the lead in adopting the concept of transparent management of transportation process, combining with advanced information means to strictly monitor every link in the process of refrigerated transport of dairy products, not only to ensure that the whole process temperature conforms to the relevant national standards. And through the management greatly improves the logistics transportation prescription, guarantees the product timely delivery rate, reduces the logistics cost, enhances the customer satisfaction. This paper mainly describes the whole process of the intelligent transportation system platform built by Yili according to its own business development characteristics. It adopts GPS positioning technology and daily business operation to realize the collection and transportation of raw milk. The whole process of transparent monitoring of the delivery of finished dairy products. The main work of the thesis includes: first, the paper discusses the current business process of Yili Group and analyzes the various requirements of the information system in the logistics operation; secondly, the overall architecture of the system is designed according to different needs. Build the network and form the function structure diagram to realize the basic frame of the system. Thirdly, combine the modern information technology and GPS hardware terminal to realize the visual monitoring, install the temperature probe, the satellite vehicle terminal and the display screen on the cold chain transportation vehicle. All kinds of devices collect different types of data and send them back to the vehicle terminal to respond by the terminal. This kind of data is transmitted to the background server through the Internet and GPRS wireless communication network to read and analyze. Finally, it is displayed on the electronic map of the system through the Internet; for example, the temperature probe collects the temperature data of different temperature regions in real time, the door magnetic field collects the information of the vehicle opening and closing state in real time, and the display screen finally displays the analyzed data directly. At the same time, the background of the system can land in the system according to the relevant monitoring authority, and obtain the temperature change of the vehicle during the whole transportation process, the state of the door magnetic switch, the condition of the cold machine switch and the condition of the entering and leaving area by querying, etc. And the monitoring platform also alerts drivers by setting up relevant alarm information, such as fatigue driving alarm, speeding alarm, ultra-high temperature alarm, illegal door opening alarm, wire cutting alarm, robbery alarm and so on; fourth, After the realization of the system function module, the actual performance test is carried out through daily operation to test the stability and practicability of the system, and the test results are analyzed, aiming at the load capacity and response ability of the system. Reliability and so on continue to optimize and improve. The cold chain transportation management system designed and implemented in this paper has been used in Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group.
