我国农村地区逆向物流纠纷的法律对策研究

【摘要】：我国逆向物流发展处于初级阶段,农村地区的逆向物流发展更是相对滞后,为了避免逆向物流纠纷的出现,应该全面了解农村地区逆向物流的发展现状,分析存在于纠纷处理中的相关问题,并积极的寻找解决纠纷,避免纠纷的法律对策。
[Abstract]:The development of reverse logistics in China is in its primary stage, and the development of reverse logistics in rural areas is lagging behind. In order to avoid the emergence of disputes over reverse logistics, we should fully understand the current situation of reverse logistics development in rural areas. This paper analyzes the related problems in the dispute settlement, and actively seeks the legal countermeasures to solve the dispute and avoid the dispute.
