汽车生产物流中的回兑器具流转系统研究与应用

【摘要】:随着制造业和自动化的发展,生产物流业已成为转变经济发展方式、促进生产结构调整、以及增强国民经济竞争力的重要手段,是一个国家综合国力的重要体现。因此,如何改善生产物流的管理方式尤为重要。尽管如此,对于生产物流的管理依然难以改善当前企业的效益情况,致使多数企业开始在生产物流的各个环节寻找其他方法以提高效益,特别是汽车制造企业。物流回兑器具通过其独特的回收机制,在整个物流过程中扮演着重要的角色。然而,随着汽车制造企业自动化程度及管理水平的提高,其物流回兑器具的管理效率却并没有得到相应的提升,对企业造成了一定的影响。因此,如何有效地管理物流回兑器具成为生产物流信息化建设的重要研究内容。本文在对BQFT汽车厂物流回兑器具流转需求分析的基础上,针对其存在的器具管理体系不健全、器具流转信息不透明、不准确、器具损坏责任不清楚等问题,提出相应解决方案,完成了汽车生产物流中的回兑器具流转系统设计与实现。主要内容包括以下几方面:首先,介绍了BQFT汽车厂回兑器具流转管理现状,并对回兑器具流转业务进行了需求分析。同时,根据该厂的信息化建设管理现状,分析了数据集成应用需求,最后对系统流转过程进行了用例分析。其次,在需求分析的基础上,提出了汽车生产物流中的回兑器具流转系统总体解决方案,并对系统各部分的功能以及数据库等方面进行了详细研究设计。之后,根据该厂信息化管理现状和该厂信息系统部署情况,以及对现在一些数据交换技术的对比分析,提出了数据集成解决方案,采用中间表和Web Services相结合的方式进行数据交换,并对这两种方式做了详细的设计,避免“信息孤岛”,使回兑器具整个流转过程真正的透明化、一体化。最后,本文实现了回兑器具流转系统。该系统采用三层B/S架构开发,实现了器具投入管理、流转管理、报损报废丢失管理等模块的开发与实现。
[Abstract]:With the development of manufacturing and automation, production logistics has become an important means to change the mode of economic development, to promote the adjustment of production structure, and to enhance the competitiveness of the national economy, which is an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength. Therefore, how to improve the management of production logistics is particularly important. However, the management of production logistics is still difficult to improve the efficiency of current enterprises, so most enterprises begin to look for other ways to improve efficiency in each link of production logistics, especially for automobile manufacturing enterprises. Logistics return equipment plays an important role in the whole logistics process through its unique recovery mechanism. However, with the improvement of automation and management level of automobile manufacturing enterprises, the management efficiency of logistics return equipment has not been improved accordingly, which has a certain impact on the enterprises. Therefore, how to effectively manage logistics return equipment has become an important research content of production logistics information construction. On the basis of the analysis of the demand for the circulation of the equipment returned to the logistics of the BQFT automobile factory, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems such as the imperfect management system of the apparatus, the opaque information on the circulation of the apparatus, the inaccuracy of the information on the circulation of the apparatus, the unclear responsibility for the damage of the apparatus, and so on. Complete the design and realization of the circulation system of the return equipment in the automobile production logistics. The main contents include the following aspects: firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of the circulation management of the BQFT auto factory's return equipment, and analyzes the demand of the circulation business. At the same time, according to the present situation of information construction and management of the plant, the application requirement of data integration is analyzed. Finally, the use case analysis of the system flow process is carried out. Secondly, on the basis of requirement analysis, the paper puts forward the overall solution of the recycling equipment flow system in the automobile production logistics, and studies and designs the functions of each part of the system and the database in detail. After that, according to the present situation of information management and information system deployment of the plant, as well as the comparison and analysis of some data exchange technologies, a data integration solution is put forward. In order to avoid the "information island", the data exchange is carried out by the combination of intermediate table and Web Services, and the two methods are designed in detail, so that the whole flow process of the recuperator can be truly transparent and integrated. Finally, this paper realizes the circulation system of the instrument. The system uses a three-tier B / S architecture to develop and implement the modules of instrument input management, circulation management, loss management and so on.
