生物质能秸秆回收物流成本分析及测算

【摘要】:为改变现今生物质发电厂收集秸秆燃料的回收物流成本居高不下的现状,探究降低秸秆回收物流成本的方法,本研究通过构建两种秸秆回收物流模式,对秸秆回收物流成本的结构组成进行了分析,并总结了秸秆回收物流涉及到的各种影响因素。基于微积分构建秸秆回收物流的成本测算模型,结合实例对模型的敏感性进行了分析。结果表明:半径因素是影响回收物流成本的最重要因素,适当减小收集半径可很大程度上降低运输费用;收集秸秆时,为使最终的回收物流成本最低,可将外包商的个数控制在10个左右;生物质发电厂在初期选址时要进行合理规划,政府严格准入,避免一定区域内密集建厂。
[Abstract]:In order to change the current situation of high cost of collecting straw fuel in biomass power plant, and explore the method of reducing the cost of straw recovery logistics, this study constructs two kinds of straw recovery logistics model. The structure composition of straw recovery logistics cost is analyzed, and the influence factors of straw recovery logistics are summarized. Based on calculus, the cost calculation model of straw recovery logistics is constructed, and the sensitivity of the model is analyzed with examples. The results show that the radius factor is the most important factor affecting the cost of logistics recovery, and the transportation cost can be reduced to a great extent by properly reducing the collection radius, and in order to make the final recovery logistics cost the lowest when the straw is collected, The number of outsourcers can be controlled at about 10, and the biomass power plants should be reasonably planned in the initial site selection, and the government should strictly enter the premises to avoid the intensive construction of plants in a certain area.
