泰州市生鲜农产品供应链模式研究

【摘要】：随着经济社会的发展与人们生活水平的提高,人们对生鲜农产品的需求不断增加、对其质量的要求也在不断提高。由于生鲜农产品存在容易腐烂、运输和存储时间不能太长的特点,使得生鲜农产品生产者与销售者都面临巨大的风险。根据国外成功的经验,通过构建科学高效的生鲜农产品供应链可以降低这种风险。泰州市是江苏省最重要的农产品生产基地之一,其中生鲜农产品的品种与产量都非常大。所以,本文以泰州市为例,分析泰州市现有生鲜农产品供应链模式存在的不足,并提出进行改进优化的措施。优化泰州市的生鲜农产品供应链模式对降低生鲜农产品供销风险、增加当地农民收入、提高人们消费生鲜农产品的质量都具有十分重要的意义。本文在大量查阅与生鲜农产品供应链模式有关的文献与资料,运用经济学、管理学以及社会学等多学科交叉的研究方法,对泰州市现有生鲜农产品供应链模式取得的成效以及存在的不足和问题进行分析,在此基础提出泰州市将继续以农业龙头企业、批发市场、超市作为生鲜农产品供应主渠道,同时要适应第三方物流,加快发展农产品电商平台等建议。通过本文研究,得出以下主要结论:第一,本文通过梳理供应链、农产品供应链、生鲜农产品供应链相关理论,并交代相应研究背景、目的和意义,为整个研究工作奠定理论支持和现实必要。第二,围绕泰州市的生鲜农产品供应链模式现状进行了深入分析,通过大量的数据分析证明,泰州市生鲜农产品供应链还比较落后,基础设施薄弱,供需信息不对称,面临着供应链条较长、环节较多、成本偏高等问题。第三,目前泰州市生鲜农产品供应主要表现为农业产业化龙头企业供应链模式、批发市场主导型供应链模式、超市主导型供应链模式以及农户合作组织主导型供应链模式这四种模式共存的局面,这些模式是农业现代化进程不断推进的产物,批发市场主导型供应链模式为消费者提供了最为鲜活以及价优的生鲜农产品;超市主导型供应链模式为消费者提供了最为便捷、方面的消费方式;农业龙头企业供应链模式促进了农业产前、产中、产后一体化进程.,农户合作组织主导型供应链模式将分散的农户生产有效得整合了起来。正是由于这四种模式各有特点,且满足了消费市场的不同层面的需求才形成目前这些不同模式相互依存、相辅相成的局面。第四,就泰州市目前生鲜农产品模式提出了自己的看法。本文认为,一段时期内泰州市将继续以农业龙头企业、批发市场、超市作为生鲜农产品供应主渠道,不断提高生鲜农产品物流主体的组织程度,同时要适应第三方物流,加快现代物流先进技术的应用,逐步建立生鲜农产品物流信息管理服务体系。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for fresh agricultural products is increasing, and the demand for its quality is increasing. As the existence of fresh agricultural products is easy to rot and the time of transportation and storage can not be too long, the producers and sellers of fresh agricultural products are facing huge risks. According to the successful experience abroad, this risk can be reduced by building a scientific and efficient supply chain of fresh agricultural products. Taizhou is one of the most important agricultural production bases in Jiangsu province. The variety and yield of fresh agricultural products are very large. Therefore, this paper takes Taizhou as an example to analyze the existing supply chain model of fresh agricultural products in Taizhou. In order to reduce the risk of the supply and marketing of fresh agricultural products, increase the income of the local farmers and improve the quality of the fresh agricultural products, it is of great significance to optimize the supply chain model of fresh agricultural products in Taizhou. Literature and data, the use of economics, management and sociology and other interdisciplinary research methods, the current fresh agricultural products supply chain model of Taizhou City, the existing problems and problems are analyzed. On this basis, it is proposed that Taizhou will continue to use the agricultural leading enterprises, wholesale markets, supermarkets as fresh agricultural products for fresh agricultural products. According to the main channel, at the same time, we should adapt to the third party logistics, accelerate the development of agricultural products e-commerce platform and other suggestions. Through this study, we get the following main conclusions: first, the article through combing supply chain, agricultural product supply chain, fresh agricultural products supply chain related theory, and to explain the relevant research background, purpose and significance to lay a theory for the whole research work. Support and practical necessity. Second, the current supply chain model of fresh agricultural products in Taizhou is analyzed in depth. Through a large number of data analysis, it is proved that the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in Taizhou is still backward, the infrastructure is weak, the supply and demand information is asymmetrical, and the supply chain is long, the link is more, the cost is high, and so on. Third, At present, the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in Taizhou is mainly manifested in the supply chain model of the leading agricultural enterprises, the leading supply chain mode of the wholesale market, the model of the supermarket led supply chain and the supply chain model of the peasant household cooperative organization, which are the product of the continuous advancement of the process of agricultural modernization. The leading supply chain model of the wholesale market provides the most fresh and excellent fresh agricultural products for the consumers; the supermarket led supply chain model provides the most convenient and convenient consumption mode for the consumers; the supply chain model of the agricultural leading enterprise promotes the process of agricultural production, production and postpartum integration. The supply chain model integrates the decentralized production of farmers' production effectively. It is precisely because these four patterns have their own characteristics and meet the needs of the different levels of the consumer market to form a situation that these different modes are interdependent and complementary to each other. Fourth, this paper puts forward its own views on the present fresh agricultural product model in Taizhou. It is believed that in a period of time, Taizhou will continue to use the agricultural leading enterprises, wholesale markets and supermarkets as the main channel to supply fresh agricultural products, constantly improve the organizational degree of the logistics main body of fresh agricultural products, at the same time, to adapt to the third party logistics, accelerate the application of modern logistics advanced technology, and gradually establish the logistics information management service of fresh agricultural products.
