基于流向的吉林省中小企业物流联盟的构建

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速稳健发展,我国中小企业获得宝贵的历史发展机遇期,但不容乐观的是,在企业运营管理中也面临着一些问题,具体表现在：由于自身资金条件的限制、物流设施设备相对落后和物流量小而且分散的现状,是绝大多数的中小企业在解决自身面临的物流问题,一般都采取了自营和物流外包的传统方式。而这两种方式都存在或多或少的弊端,于是亟需一种新的物流组织模式来解决上述两种模式的弊端。在打破传统物流联盟的基础上,本文试图通过构建跨行业跨地区的基于流向一致或者大体一致的思想,来组建非物流企业之间的物流联盟。在整合各个中小企业产品,积少成多按照流向发挥规模经济的优势,具有十分重要的现实和经济意义。本文主要采用可拓理论中的物元分析、PESTLE分析、契约规制的设定以及SAAS技术等构建基于流向的中小企业物流联盟,对于解决分布在各个行业中的中小企业所面临的物流难题提供一种行之有效的方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and steady development of our country's economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have obtained valuable historical development opportunity period, but what is not optimistic is that there are some problems in the enterprise operation and management, which are manifested in: due to the limitation of their own capital conditions, The logistics facilities are relatively backward and the logistics flow is small and dispersed. It is the vast majority of small and medium-sized enterprises to solve their own logistics problems generally adopted the traditional way of self-management and logistics outsourcing. The two methods have more or less drawbacks, so a new logistics organization model is urgently needed to solve the drawbacks of the two models. On the basis of breaking the traditional logistics alliance, this paper attempts to build a logistics alliance among non-logistics enterprises by constructing cross-industry and cross-regional thinking based on consistent or roughly consistent flow direction. In the integration of the products of small and medium-sized enterprises, it is of great practical and economic significance to build up a small amount of products and give full play to the advantages of economies of scale in accordance with the flow direction. This paper mainly uses matter-element analysis in extension theory, the setting of contract regulation and SAAS technology to construct logistics alliance of small and medium-sized enterprises based on flow direction. It provides an effective method to solve the logistics problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in various industries.
