基于ISM的安徽省煤炭物流体系的研究

【摘要】：煤炭在我国能源结构中一直占有主体地位,并且在未来很长一段时间其主体地位都难以动摇。因此,加快煤炭运输物流体系的现代化进程,这不仅可以提高能源利用效率,促进社会经济的高效发展,同时也是提高煤炭企业竞争力的关键。安徽是华东地区的产煤大省,煤炭对我省经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。但是由于经济起步较晚,煤炭物流意识不强,发展基础落后。目前并不发达的煤炭物流体系阻碍了煤炭消费市场的发展,严重影响了煤炭资源的高效配置,也不利于煤炭产业的转型。因此,改变“重生产,轻物流”的观念非常必要,构建和优化现代化煤炭物流体系,有利于安徽抓住成为长三角一员的机会,把握中部崛起的战略机遇,提高安徽煤炭物流产业的综合实力。本文收集了安徽省近年来的煤炭产销量以及国民生产总值等数据进行回归性分析,对安徽省煤炭未来10年的产量进行预测,得出安徽省煤炭的年产量在逐年提升,这更加需要我省尽快建立现代化煤炭物流体系。紧接着,本文又采用多种方法搜集影响安徽省煤炭物流体系的影响因素,运用解释结构模型,采用系统动力学的方法对影响因素进行层级结构分析,为进一步建立优化煤炭物流体系提供理论基础。在解释结构模型分析的基础上,本文又从现代物流管理的视角出发, 综合现代物流观念,完善和进一步优化了现代煤炭物流体系,为我国煤炭物流的发展提供了一些非常有建设性的建议。

Anhui is a big coal producing province in East China, and coal plays an important role in the economic development of our province. But. Underdeveloped coal Logistics system hinders the development of coal consumption market, seriously affects the efficient allocation of coal resources, and is also unfavorable. In the coal industry transformation. Therefore, it is necessary to change the concept of "pay attention to production rather than logistics", and construct and optimize it. Modern coal logistics system is conducive to Anhui to seize the opportunity to become a member of the Yangtze River Delta and seize the rise of the central region. Strategic opportunity, improve the comprehensive strength of Anhui coal logistics industry. This paper collects the data of coal production and sales volume and gross national product of Anhui Province in recent years to carry on regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the output of coal in Anhui Province in the next 10 years, it is concluded that the annual output of coal in Anhui Province is increasing year by year. Upgrade, this needs our province as soon as possible to establish a modern coal logistics system. Then, in this paper, a variety of Methods the factors influencing the coal logistics system in Anhui Province were collected, and the explanatory structure model was used. The method of mechanics is used to analyze the hierarchical structure of the influencing factors, and to provide a basis for further establishing and optimizing the coal logistics system.
