基于遗传算法的F公司卡车内饰车间平面布局优化研究

【摘要】:现在的制造业竞争日益激烈,企业要想存活、发展就必须从成本和生产效率等方面进行改善,而生产车间布局的改善是最主要的途径之一,一个好的生产车间布局会对企业生产各个方面产生影响,特别是在降低物流强度、减少物流成本、提高生产效率方面做出的贡献尤为突出,基于此背景本文对F公司卡车内饰车间布局进行研究改善。 本文首先对F公司卡车内饰车间现有布局的相关数据资料进行统计收集,主要包括设施的位置尺寸、各作业单位之间的物流运量和运送距离,根据这些数据进行了F-D(物流量-距离)分析,找出该车间布局的不足之处。然后运用SLP(系统布置规划)方法进行该车间平面布局的研究,其中主要运用了从至表和相关图等图表技术,进行物流分析、非物流分析,得到了各作业单元之间的综合关系,最终根据作业单位的接近程度绘制出位置相关图,为接下来的遗传算法初始种群做好准备,运用遗传算法进行全局搜索得到两个近似最优方案,其中用到了MATLB编程,提高了计算效率,得到的两个方案加上初始方案,一共三个方案,最后进行评价选优,本文运用了层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法两种思路完全不同的评价方法,其中层次分析法的运用过程用到了调查问卷法,并用MATLAB进行相关权重计算和一致性检验,而灰色关联度分析法的运用过程也用到了调查问卷法进行评价指标评价值的确定,另外评价指标的权重运用极值迭代法求得,最终两种方法得到的结论一致,为最优方案的选择进行更充分的佐证。进行优化前后对比分析,,对比结果得出最优布局与初始布局相比大大降低了物流成本,具有重要的实用价值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition in manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce. If enterprises want to survive, they must improve their development from the aspects of cost and production efficiency, and the improvement of the layout of production workshops is one of the most important ways. A good layout of production workshops will have an impact on all aspects of enterprise production, especially in reducing logistics intensity, reducing logistics costs, and improving production efficiency. Based on this background, this paper studies and improves the layout of truck interior workshop in F Company. In this paper, we first collect the relevant data about the existing layout of truck interior workshop in F Company, mainly including the location size of the facility, the logistics volume and the transportation distance between the operation units. Based on these data, F-D (material flow-distance) analysis is carried out to find out the shortcomings of the workshop layout. Then SLP (system layout Planning) method is used to study the layout of the workshop, in which the paper mainly uses chart technology, such as table to table and related diagrams, to analyze logistics and non-logistics, and get the comprehensive relationship between the operation units. Finally, according to the proximity of the job units, the position correlation map is drawn to prepare for the next genetic algorithm initial population, and the genetic algorithm is used to conduct global search to obtain two approximate optimal schemes, in which MATLB programming is used. The efficiency of the calculation is improved, the two schemes and the initial scheme are obtained, and there are three schemes. Finally, the evaluation and selection are carried out. In this paper, two completely different evaluation methods are used, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the grey correlation degree analysis (Grey Relational Analysis). The analytic hierarchy process uses the questionnaire method, and carries on the correlation weight calculation and the consistency test with the MATLAB, and the gray correlation analysis method also uses the questionnaire method to evaluate the value of the evaluation index. In addition, the weight of the evaluation index is obtained by the extreme value iterative method. Finally, the conclusion of the two methods is the same, which is a more sufficient evidence for the selection of the optimal scheme. The results show that the optimal layout can greatly reduce the logistics cost compared with the initial layout, which is of great practical value.
