基于物联网的起重机械企业信息管理系统的研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的发展,起重机械作为一种特种设备,在冶炼、建筑、物流运输等工业生产中不可或缺,起着举足轻重的作用,大力地推动了社会的进步与发展。工业规模的不断发展又促进了起重机更加广泛的使用。由于起重机属于大型设备,一旦发生事故,将造成无法估量的人员伤害和经济损失。如何确保起重机的安全运行、减少事故的发生,及如何实现起重机的智能化管理成为当下比较关心的问题。另外,在信息化技术快速发展的今天,如何提高企业的信息化智能化的管理水平,提高企业在社会中的竞争力也成为企业面临的重大问题。本文立足于起重机械企业的管理发展,以起重机械企业为主要研究对象,以实现起重机械公司的智能化、信息化管理为目的,建立了一个综合起重机企业信息管理系统。首先结合系统建立的目的和用户的要求,论文完成了系统的需求分析,包括具体信息的需求、实际功能需求和系统性能需求,确定了系统的总体功能。结合物联网的三层结构体系,完成了系统总体结构的设计。接着采用RFID和EPC编码等物联网关键技术完成了企业人员、起重机设备信息、起重机的调试运行安全信息、车间作业调度和企业仓库等管理的设计和功能实现。最后论文采用三层结构体系建立了软件系统的逻辑结构,采用SQL Server2008作为系统数据库,完成了信息管理系统数据库的设计,包括数据库概念设计和详细表单的设计,并采用ADO技术进行数据库的连接访问。基于Visual Studio 2010完成了信息管理系统的软件设计,设计开发了系统的主要功能模块,并建立了简单明了比较容易操作的良好的交互界面,实现了系统的主要功能。系统的建立实现了企业对人员、设备、生产和仓库物流的高度集中化管理,为日后起重机械行业建立基于物联网的起重机大型的综合管理平台做了一个良好的开端,提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, hoisting machinery, as a kind of special equipment, is indispensable in smelting, building, logistics and transportation, and plays an important role in promoting the progress and development of society. The continuous development of industrial scale has promoted the wider use of cranes. Because the crane belongs to the large equipment, once the accident occurs, it will cause incalculable human injury and economic loss. How to ensure the safe operation of cranes, reduce the occurrence of accidents, and how to realize the intelligent management of cranes has become a more concerned issue. In addition, with the rapid development of information technology today, how to improve the level of intelligent management of information technology and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in society has become a major problem facing enterprises. This paper is based on the management development of the lifting machinery enterprise, taking the lifting machinery enterprise as the main research object, aiming at realizing the intelligent and information management of the lifting machinery company, establishing a comprehensive crane enterprise information management system. Firstly, combining the purpose of the system and the requirements of the users, the paper completes the requirement analysis of the system, including the requirements of the specific information, the actual functional requirements and the system performance requirements, and determines the overall function of the system. Combined with the three-layer structure of the Internet of things, the overall structure of the system is designed. Then the key technologies of Internet of things, such as RFID and EPC coding, are used to complete the design and function realization of enterprise personnel, crane equipment information, crane debugging and operation safety information, workshop job scheduling and enterprise warehouse management. Finally, the logic structure of the software system is established by using the three-tier structure system, and the database of the information management system is designed by using SQL Server2008 as the database, including the conceptual design of the database and the design of the detailed form. And use ADO technology to access the database connection. Based on Visual Studio 2010, the software design of the information management system is completed, the main function modules of the system are designed and developed, and a good interactive interface is established, which is simple and easy to operate, and the main functions of the system are realized. The establishment of the system realizes the highly centralized management of personnel, equipment, production and warehouse logistics, and makes a good start for the crane large-scale integrated management platform based on the Internet of things in the future.
