绿色物流统计监测体系研究

【摘要】:发展绿色物流是构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会的战略要求。目前我国缺乏绿色物流统计指标,也没有建立绿色物流统计监测体系,难以对社会物流行为进行约束和监督。为了推进绿色物流的有序发展,建立绿色物流统计监测体系,研究绿色物流的统计与监测问题意义重大且十分紧迫。本文应用绿色物流、物流管理、统计学等学科的理论方法和研究成果,对我国绿色物流发展的统计与监测问题进行系统研究分析。首先,通过对物流系统进行层次解构和影响因素分析,构建了企业和区域两个层次的绿色物流统计指标体系;其次,根据我国物流业的实际情况以及不同调查方法的适用性,提出了以重点调查、典型调查为主,辅以统计报表制度的绿色物流统计调查方法,确定了完整统计资料的搜集过程和步骤;然后探究了绿色物流各级指数的编制方法,分析了主成分分析法和聚类分析法在绿色物流统计数据分析中的应用,并运用SPSS对绿色物流统计样本进行分类和评价;最后,构建了绿色物流的监测体系,包括组织层、基础层和应用层,确定了监测指标、监测对象、监测实施主体及职能,分析了监测机制和监测预警方法,搭建监测网络直报平台和建立信号预警系统。本文的研究丰富和完善了绿色物流统计指标体系,弥补了监测机制和监测方法在绿色物流管理理论中的缺失,对掌握我国绿色物流发展运行状态,促进绿色物流的实施和发展有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Developing green logistics is the strategic requirement of constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly society. At present, our country lacks the green logistics statistics index and does not establish the green logistics statistics monitoring system, which makes it difficult to restrict and supervise the social logistics behavior. In order to promote the orderly development of green logistics, it is very important and urgent to establish a statistical monitoring system of green logistics, and to study the problem of statistics and monitoring of green logistics. Based on the theoretical methods and research results of green logistics, logistics management and statistics, this paper makes a systematic research and analysis on the statistics and monitoring of the development of green logistics in China. First of all, through the hierarchical deconstruction of the logistics system and the analysis of the influencing factors, the paper constructs a statistical index system of green logistics at the enterprise and regional levels; secondly, according to the actual situation of the logistics industry in China and the applicability of different investigation methods, This paper puts forward the method of green logistics statistical survey, which is focused on investigation, typical survey and supplemented by statistical report system, determines the process and steps of collecting complete statistical data, and then probes into the compilation method of green logistics index at all levels. This paper analyzes the application of principal component analysis and cluster analysis in the statistical data analysis of green logistics, and uses SPSS to classify and evaluate the statistical samples of green logistics. Finally, the monitoring system of green logistics, including organization layer, is constructed. In the basic layer and the application layer, the monitoring index, the monitoring object, the main body and function of monitoring are determined, the monitoring mechanism and the method of monitoring and warning are analyzed, the direct reporting platform of monitoring network and the signal early warning system are set up. The research in this paper enriches and perfects the statistical index system of green logistics, makes up for the lack of monitoring mechanism and monitoring method in the theory of green logistics management, and helps to grasp the running state of green logistics development in China. Promoting the implementation and development of green logistics has important theoretical and practical significance.
