汽车配件物流装车系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车保有量也急速增加,随之而来的是汽车配件需求呈井喷式增长,从而给汽车配件物流行业也带来了新的机遇和挑战。汽车配件装车是汽车配件物流的重要环节,但是在我国却没有得到足够的重视,存在着信息化程度不高、标准化流程缺失、过多依靠个人经验等问题。这不但使得配件物流装车及时率、运输及时率等指标过低,造成了时间上的浪费,而且容易使配件在运输过程中损耗率过高、物流成本居高不下,从而导致配件物流服务效率低下。本文的目标是开发汽车配件物流装车系统,并集成于现有JL汽车配件物流协同监控系统中,要求该装车系统可以给物流科人员提供个性化装车方案,并使装车环节信息化,提高各业务单位直接的协同效率。本文的主要内容有:1.先对目前我国配件物流在装车环节现状进行分析,然后针对现有JL配件物流协同监控系统在装车环节上与实际业务流程不够切合的问题进行研究,得出存在的不足和其中的可提升之处,然后对装车系统进行了需求分析,最后介绍了解决方案。2.对核心模块个性化装车功能中的综合装车、严格按距离装车、同类块装车和塞货功能提供算法支持,设计了基于同类块装载的启发式算法和基于精英策略的混合蚁群算法。3.对装车算法以构件形式进行封装以提高代码可移植性和重复利用率,并使用基于WebGL的Three.js三维绘画引擎,实现在无插件情况下以Web模式装车计划三维效果展示。4.对系统的总体解决方案进行设计实现,并以业务流程的角度对装车系统的系统功能进行验证。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the quantity of automobile has been increasing rapidly, and the demand of auto parts has been increasing rapidly, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the logistics industry of auto parts. Automobile parts loading is an important part of automobile parts logistics, but it has not been paid enough attention to in our country. There are some problems such as low level of information, lack of standardization process, excessive reliance on personal experience and so on. This not only makes spare parts logistics loading timely rate, transportation timely rate and other indicators are too low, resulting in a waste of time, but also easy to make the spare parts in the process of transportation loss rate is too high, logistics costs remain high. As a result, accessories logistics service efficiency is low. The aim of this paper is to develop the automobile parts logistics loading system and integrate it into the existing JL auto parts logistics cooperative monitoring system. It is required that the loading system can provide the personalization loading scheme for the logistics department personnel and make the loading link information. Improve the direct synergy efficiency of each business unit. The main content of this paper is: 1. First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of spare parts logistics loading in our country, and then studies the problem that the existing JL spare parts logistics collaborative monitoring system is not suitable for the actual business process in the loading link. The shortcomings and elevating points are obtained, and then the requirement analysis of the loading system is carried out. Finally, the solution. 2. 2. For the integrated loading of the core module in the individualized loading function, strictly according to the distance loading, the similar block loading and stopper function are provided with algorithm support. The heuristic algorithm based on the similar block loading and the hybrid ant colony algorithm. 3 based on the elite strategy are designed. The loading algorithm is encapsulated in the form of component to improve the portability and reuse of code, and the 3D drawing engine of Three.js based on WebGL is used to display 3D effect of loading plan in Web mode without plug-in. The overall solution of the system is designed and implemented, and the system function of the loading system is verified from the point of view of business process.
