多AGV电商仓库拣货系统研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的发展和科技水平的提高,我国电商行业开始进入大规模的发展和运营阶段。尤其是网络购物市场规模的不断扩大,使得电商企业的订单结构越来越呈现出“小批量、多批次、多样化”的发展趋势,加大了电商物流配送中心短时间交货的难度,成为制约电商企业快速发展的瓶颈之一。在物流配送中心,拣货作业成本占总作业成本的60%左右,直接影响配送中心的作业效率和客户服务水平。因此,设计快速、高效的拣货系统代替传统电商拣货系统对电商企业运营越发重要。本文在深入研究AGV理论与应用实践的基础上,以电商物流为背景,将AGV引入拣货系统。首先对AGV的系统结构进行详细设计,包括可实现对多台AGV进行任务分配、车辆管理、交通管理、通讯管理等功能的地面控制系统;由车架系统、车载控制系统、驱动系统、定位与导引系统、安全系统、移载系统、供电系统等构成的车载系统;以及负责车体和地面控制系统之间的通信系统。然后,重点研究多AGV电商仓库拣货系统,介绍订单货架、存储货架、储物箱、拣货站台、补货站台等在内的基本组成要素以及系统所需的软硬件设备;基于仓库布局设计了两种拣货方案—订单拣货和货架拣货;针对拣货过程中货架的存取放以及空货架的补货环节设计了具体的流程。最后,针对多AGV电商仓库拣货系统,基于一些假设条件,组建目标函数,建立爱尔朗单路多拣货台、多路多拣货台排队模型,并对模型求解,通过数据论证,得到性能较好的排队模型以及拣货站台的最佳配置数量。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the improvement of science and technology, China's e-commerce industry has entered the stage of large-scale development and operation. In particular, with the continuous expansion of the scale of the online shopping market, the order structure of e-commerce enterprises is becoming more and more "small batch, multiple batches and diversification", which makes it more difficult to deliver goods in short time in the distribution center of e-commerce logistics. It has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the rapid development of e-commerce enterprises. In the logistics distribution center, picking cost accounts for about 60% of the total cost, which directly affects the efficiency of the distribution center and the level of customer service. Therefore, it is more and more important to design a fast and efficient picking system instead of the traditional one. Based on the research of AGV theory and application practice, this paper introduces AGV into the picking system with the background of e-commerce logistics. First of all, the system structure of AGV is designed in detail, including the ground control system which can realize the functions of task assignment, vehicle management, traffic management, communication management and so on, which is composed of frame system, vehicular control system, driving system, etc. Position and guidance system, safety system, load transfer system, power supply system, etc., as well as the communication system between the car body and ground control system. Then, the paper focuses on the multi-AGV e-commerce warehouse picking system, introduces the order shelves, storage boxes, picking platform, replenishment platform and other basic elements, as well as the system required software and hardware equipment; Based on the layout of warehouse, two kinds of picking schemes, order picking and shelf picking, are designed, and the concrete flow is designed for the storage and storage of the shelves and the replenishment of the empty shelves during the picking process. Finally, based on some hypothetical conditions, the objective function is set up to build the queue model of Erlang single way multi-picking platform and multi-way multi-picking platform, and the model is solved, and the data proves that the model is based on the multiple AGV e-commerce warehouse picking system. Get a better performance of the queuing model and the optimal number of pick-up platform configuration.
