煤炭企业的网络构建设计与实现

【摘要】:当今信息产业和计算机技术迅猛发展,煤炭工业和信息化的融合正在不断发展和深入。但在煤炭工业领域信息化、自动化总体水平仍旧处于全行业的中下等水平,不论是生产环节,还是管理水平都处于粗放的模式,难以实现现代化的精细管理及生产。为了提高生产效率、提升安全生产管理的技术保障,许多煤炭企业开始意识到信息化的重要性,因此从自动化、信息化系统的建设作为切入点,积极寻求自动化和信息化厂商,通过实施各种自动化、信息化系统,逐步完善企业内部生产以及管理流程。 本论文详细阐述了煤炭企业的网络构建,并且针对煤炭企业信息化建设的现状,分析了影响煤炭企业信息化的内外部因素以及煤炭企业信息化建设的阶段性情况,主要从技术上提出了煤炭企业信息化的总体应用框架与策略。结合煤炭企业信息化的主要任务,构建了基于局域网的煤炭企业信息系统的基本功能架构和逻辑结构,此系统结构是在数据标准化的基础上,基于MSTP、MPLSVPN的信息系统结构。同时进行了煤炭企业网络基础应用方案的研究,主要从煤炭企业应用的网络技术、网络结构的构建、网络体系结构的选取、瓦斯监测监控系统等方面进行了探讨。最后,通过案例分析方案的可行性与先进性。项目建设遵循“高起点、高技术、高质量、高效率、高效益”五高原则;遵循总体规划,分布实施的原则;遵循采用的技术和设备安全可靠、先进实用并能平稳升级、易于扩展的原则。通过全面开展总公司和下属各矿的信息化建设,**集团***能源有限公司将在集成现有信息化系统资源的基础上,,整合各下属单位网络与信息化系统,形成一个以管理手段信息化、管理内容数字化、以安全生产和物流管理为核心,以信息流为主线,覆盖企业人、财、物、供、产、销各项生产经营活动全过程的企业内部统一指挥与信息共享的网络信息平台。构建总公司统一的数据中心承载网络,为下一步将实现下属各矿生产业务数据的大集中提供业务承载网络。[1] 通过建设总公司到下属各矿的信息化承载网络,为业务流程和生产数据的集中提供现代化的信息高速公路。整个信息化基础架构系统应采用业界最先进的“安全融合网络”理念进行设计,从防、控、管需要的角度进行了立体化的安全体系部署,改变传统安全体系部署单一、功能割裂、重单点而轻整体的问题,能最大程度的保障IT资源,来推动**集团业务的快速发展。 通过协同办公等各类业务应用系统的建设,为改进与新建信息化系统,完善信息技术应用平台,以信息化促进管理现代化和新型工业化。力争通过3~5年的努力,建成一个基于先进信息网络、适应企业不同层次多元化要求、稳定高效安全可信的现代信息服务体系,最终实现公司范围内的全面信息化。从而达到提高管理效率、管理水平和增加决策科学性、合理性的目的,为保证总公司的安全生产和创造经济效益和社会综合效益做出贡献

This paper expounds the network construction of coal enterprises in detail, and analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the informatization of coal enterprises as well as the phase situation of the coal enterprise informatization construction in view of the present situation of coal enterprise information construction, and puts forward the overall application framework and strategy of coal enterprise's information and interest from technology. The main task of enterprise informatization is to construct the basic functional structure and logical structure of the coal enterprise information system based on LAN.
