电梯门机装配线自动化输送系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:电梯已经成为我们日常生活中高层建筑的一种必备品。电梯门机是电梯中重要的组成部分,其负责启闭电梯轿门,因此其装配效率和质量深深影响着电梯运行的安全问题。普通的装配线工人劳动强度大,生产过程的自动化程度低,已经远远不能满足地体门机的装配需求。电梯门机装配线自动化输送系统的设计与开发这一课题具有深刻的工程实用意义。本文根据电梯门机的实际装配需求出发,设计了一套电梯门机装配线自动化输送的机械设备,其是集物流设施、机械、电气、气动、PLC控制于一体的装置。本输送系统能够很好的完成电梯门机装配、检测及包装的功能需求。首先针对门机的装配工艺和车间的空间布置,确定了输送系统的总体方案设。其次采用模块化设计理念,典型地介绍了输送系统三种输送设备的设计过程。然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对关键部位——垂直升降机进行可靠性分析。最后分析整个输送系统的运动过程,输送系统采用气压传动技术和PLC控制技术。对于气动系统的设计主要是气动元件的选取以及气压传动回路的设计。PLC控制系统主要是对PLC进行软硬件设计、电路图、流程图及程序设计。经过现场的试运行表明,整个系统能够正常运行,实现了电梯门机装配的自动化输送,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了装配效率和质量。
[Abstract]:Elevators have become a necessary part of high-rise buildings in our daily life. Elevator door crane is an important part of elevator, which is responsible for opening and closing the elevator door, so its assembly efficiency and quality deeply affect the safety of elevator operation. The ordinary assembly line workers have high labor intensity and low degree of automation in the production process, which can not meet the assembly requirements of the terrace door crane. The design and development of automatic conveying system for elevator door crane assembly line has profound engineering practical significance. According to the actual assembly requirements of elevator door crane, this paper designs a set of mechanical equipment for automatic transportation of elevator door crane assembly line. It is a device which integrates logistics facilities, machinery, electricity and pneumatic PLC control. The delivery system can complete the elevator door crane assembly, detection and packaging functional requirements. Firstly, according to the assembly process of the door crane and the space arrangement of the workshop, the overall scheme of the conveying system is determined. Secondly, the design process of three kinds of conveying equipment is introduced by modular design idea. Then the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the reliability of the key position-vertical elevator. Finally, the movement process of the whole conveying system is analyzed. Pneumatic transmission technology and PLC control technology are adopted in the conveying system. The design of pneumatic system is mainly the selection of pneumatic components and the design of pneumatic transmission loop. The PLC control system is mainly designed for the hardware and software of PLC, circuit diagram, flow chart and program design. The field test shows that the whole system can run normally, realize the automatic transportation of elevator door crane assembly, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and improve the assembly efficiency and quality.
