淮北M矿业集团煤炭运输物流发展问题与对策研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争程度的不断加剧,提高煤炭物流运营的效率,降低煤炭物流成本对煤炭企业的发展甚至对整个煤炭行业都有着至关重要的作用。淮北是我国重要的煤炭生产基地,在安徽省乃至全国煤炭业都有着举足轻重的地位,而煤炭产业也是整个淮北市的工业经济的重心,淮北M矿业集团又是淮北市比较大的煤炭企业,所以,如何优化煤炭运输物流体系则成为了淮北M矿业集团降低煤炭资源成本需要研究的重要内容,这一问题的研究也将有助于相关企业的改革借鉴。文章首先分析了课题的目的和意义,对国内外研究文献进行了综述,阐述了文章的研究内容与方法,提出了课题研究的创新与不足。其次,文章介绍了淮北M矿业集团的基本情况,并从物流规模、物流结构、物流网络、物流平台等方面分析了集团媒体运输物流的现状;第三,分析了集团煤炭运输物流存在的问题及其原因,其中主要问题包括运输成本问题、物流管理问题、物流信息化与基础设施问题、物流人才缺乏问题、物流形成的污染问题等,并分析了其中的原因;第四,从定性以及定量两方面,利用SWOT分析工具对集团优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行了相应的分析,认为集团具有区位优势、政策优势、集团基础优势以及煤炭行业潜力优势,同时存在物流基础设施落后、物流服务意识较差、物流市场相对分散以及安全因素等劣势;集团存在企业自身发展、省市政策等机遇,同时也存在铁路运输问题等威胁。并通过收集大量数据,利用模糊综合评价法对备选物流节点进行综合评价分析,找出适合集团发展的物流节点。最后,文章对集团煤炭运输物流发展提出了相应的对策建议。即根据安徽省及淮北市未来公铁路建设方案,依托新建公铁路大力发展省内物流网络,并利用好水路运输,继续发展华东地区运力,辐射江浙沪;在生产方式及物流管理模式上优化煤炭企业物流系统,加强物流系统的计划采购管理,调整库存结构,建立和完善物流管理配送制度;建设完备的信息化物流体系,加强信息化管理,把握好关键性需求;增强绿色物流意识,做到运输路线绿色化、运输工具去碳化,提高仓储和装卸环节的防尘防污效率等,建立完善的物流人才培训机制,等等。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the market, improving the efficiency of coal logistics operation and reducing the cost of coal logistics play an important role in the development of coal enterprises and even the whole coal industry. Huaibei is an important coal production base in China. It plays an important role in the coal industry in Anhui Province and even in the whole country, and the coal industry is also the center of gravity of the industrial economy of the whole city of Huaibei. Huaibei M Mining Group is also a relatively large coal enterprise in Huaibei City. Therefore, how to optimize the coal transportation logistics system has become an important part of the research on how to reduce the cost of coal resources of Huaibei M Mining Group. The study of this problem will also be helpful to the reform of relevant enterprises. This paper first analyzes the purpose and significance of the subject, summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature, expounds the contents and methods of the research, and puts forward the innovation and deficiency of the research. Secondly, the article introduces the basic situation of Huaibei M Mining Group, and analyzes the current situation of Group Media Transport Logistics from the aspects of logistics scale, logistics structure, logistics network, logistics platform, etc. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of coal transportation logistics in the Group, including transportation cost, logistics management, logistics informatization and infrastructure, lack of logistics personnel, pollution caused by logistics, etc. Fourth, using SWOT analysis tools to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the group, the author thinks that the group has regional advantages and policy advantages. Group basic advantages and coal industry potential advantages, at the same time there are logistics infrastructure backward, logistics service awareness is poor, logistics market is relatively dispersed and security factors, the group has opportunities for its own development, provincial and municipal policies, etc. At the same time, there are railway transport problems and other threats. Through collecting a large number of data and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the logistics nodes, the logistics nodes suitable for the development of the group are found out. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the development of coal transport logistics. That is, according to the future public railway construction plan of Anhui Province and Huaibei City, relying on the new public railway to develop the logistics network of the province, and make good use of waterway transportation, continue to develop the capacity of East China, radiation Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai; To optimize the logistics system of coal enterprises in the mode of production and logistics management, to strengthen the planning and purchasing management of logistics system, to adjust the inventory structure, to establish and perfect the logistics management and distribution system, to build a complete information logistics system, Strengthen the information management, grasp the key demands, enhance the green logistics consciousness, make the transportation route green, decarbonize the transportation tools, improve the efficiency of dust prevention and pollution prevention in storage and loading and unloading, and establish a perfect training mechanism for logistics personnel.
