【摘要】:科学技术的发展,带动了全球范围内信息技术和知识管理技术的变革。而信息技术和知识管理技术与网络的发展状况、技术水平密切相关。随着全球范围内互联网技术应用和推广范围的持续扩大,互联网开辟了一个虚拟的世界与现实世界紧密的结合起来。结合定制技术的技术创新,未来的服装业将会带来巨大的变革,未来的服装业将会产生与传统服装业完全不同的模式。在线定制的技术可以通过消费者的眼球定制服装,满足消费者个性化需求。经过多年的发展和技术的积累,可以看出目前传统的服装业已经受到了信息化和网络化带来的冲击,目前人们对于服装的要求不仅仅是穿暖,也追求服装的个性化。但是传统服装批量生产的方式很难满足消费者的这些需求,传统服装采用批量生产,批量生产存在着号型相对较少、生产周期比较长、款式变化相对较慢等问题,传统的服装业需要更多的变革去迎合消费者的需要,目前,结合网络技术的发展,传统的服装业可以建立一种基于个性需求驱动的网络制造模式。通过实现信息技术和知识管理相结合的技术——基于互联网的信息技术应用到具体的服装生产中,用户能够使用互联网开展服装款式、类型等信息的私人化定制,企业也能够通过Internet向客户提供客户自己定制的产品,这样可以尽可能满足客户的个性化需求,巩固企业的地位。这种在线定制的方式有其独特的优点,其服装设计周期短,无积压,相较于传统服装的模式更容易受到大部分消费者的欢迎,经济市场化的发展模式会使这种技术成为未来服装业发展的必然模式。本文首先对服装定制的国内外发展进行了介绍和分析,并就服装定制系统相关的技术理论基础进行分析,包括J2EE、人体测量、系统开发等内容。结合企业在服装定制领域的实际需求,设计出了服装企业的在线定制系统。系统结构整体上有三层,建立起四大功能模块,这四大模块包含前台客户和员工使用、后台管理以及对应的数据库实现四个功能模块,也在数据库实现上具体实现。系统在设计时考虑到后台使用CAD制图和物流运输的需要,建立了完整的一套设计流程。完成后的系统实现了如下特性:一是系统的可拓展性。对于核心模块设计和其他功能模块都预留了升级的可能性,在业务流程改变或是产品类型改变的时候,方便升级和改造。二是系统具有灵活性。系统可以对数据表和字段进行修改,后台的操作更加便利。三是系统具有符合标准的安全使用性能。在对数据安全管理上,采用数据加密和不同用户权限区隔的方式,实现信息传递的安全性,也避免数据被截获和滥用,阻止非授权用户的恶意访问。整体上看,这一系统实现了设计的主要目标,也能够给企业的日常管理带来便利
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the change of information technology and knowledge management technology has been brought about worldwide. Information technology and knowledge management technology are closely related to the development of the network. With the continuous expansion of the application and promotion of Internet technology in the world, the Internet has opened up a virtual world and a close combination of the real world. Combined with the technological innovation of custom-made technology, the future garment industry will bring great changes, and the future clothing industry will produce a completely different model from the traditional clothing industry. The technology of online customization can satisfy the individual needs of consumers by customizing their eyeballs. After years of development and the accumulation of technology, we can see that the traditional clothing industry has been affected by information and network. At present, people's requirement for clothing is not only to wear warm, but also to pursue the individuation of clothing. However, it is very difficult to meet the needs of consumers in the way of mass production of traditional clothing. In the mass production of traditional clothing, there are some problems such as relatively small size, longer production cycle and slower change of style, etc. The traditional clothing industry needs more changes to meet the needs of consumers. At present, with the development of network technology, the traditional clothing industry can establish a kind of network manufacturing model driven by individual demand. By realizing the combination of information technology and knowledge management, which is the information technology based on the Internet, which is applied to the specific garment production, users can use the Internet to carry out the personal customization of clothing style, type and other information. Enterprises can also provide customers with customized products through the Internet, so as to meet the needs of customers as much as possible, and consolidate the status of enterprises. This online customization has its unique advantages, with its short design cycle and no backlog, which is more popular with most consumers than the traditional fashion model. The development mode of economic marketization will make this kind of technology become the inevitable mode of clothing industry development in the future. This paper first introduces and analyzes the development of garment customization both at home and abroad, and analyzes the technical and theoretical basis of garment customization system, including J2EE, anthropometric, system development and so on. According to the actual needs of enterprises in the field of clothing customization, the online customization system of garment enterprises is designed. There are three layers of system structure, and four functional modules have been established. The four modules include the use of front desk customers and employees, background management and the corresponding database implementation four functional modules, but also in the implementation of the database. Considering the need of background CAD drawing and logistics transportation, a complete set of design flow is established. After the completion of the system to achieve the following characteristics: first, the scalability of the system. The possibility of upgrading is reserved for the core module design and other functional modules. It is convenient to upgrade and transform when the business process is changed or the product type is changed. Second, the system has flexibility. The system can modify the data table and field, and the background operation is more convenient. Third, the system has the safety performance that accords with the standard. In the management of data security, data encryption and different user rights are adopted to realize the security of information transmission, to avoid the interception and abuse of data, and to prevent unauthorized users from accessing maliciously. On the whole, this system has realized the main goal of the design, and can also bring convenience to the daily management of the enterprise.
