基于AOS平台的购销存管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:在企业ERP系统流程中,采购、销售、和库存涉及到企业大部分物流、资金流和信息流。所以,对企业管理者来说,掌握购销存过程中的信息非常重要。本设计购销存管理系统作为企业管理软件的一个子系统,其主要功能是处理中小型企业日常业务中与购销存相关的工作,同时购销存管理系统可以和企业管理系统中的其它子系统一起使用,作为企业的信息化管理手段。本设计主要实现企业内部对业务领域以购销存为核心,简化合并业务处理环节,通过个性化设计与业务定义,为中小型企业用户提供易用、好用、够用的管理工具和工作平台。针对中小型企业管理者对企业实施购销存过程的具体需求,建立了一个基于AOS平台的购销存管理系统,主要完成购销存过程当中的进货、销货、退货、换货、库存和资金往来等业务功能,并生成各种业务账表方便企业管理者和财务人员对购销存业务过程进行操作。本文提出了一种运用IK Analyzer分词器进行全文索引,从而优化账表查询效率的方法,大大降低各单据操作响应时间。本论文主要介绍了系统的分析、设计和开发的全部过程。文章首先描述了该系统的开发背景和当前国内外现状,主要论述了该系统的关键技术,从而对系统进行需求分析,并运用业务流程图、E-R图、用例图、系统功能节构图、系统逻辑结构图对系统的设计过程进行概要和详细设计,最终实现系统,对系统进行测试,达到了预期的结果,最后对结果进行总结工作。本系统设计和开发了基于B/S模式的购销存管理系统,并运用AOS独立技术平台,先后确定了客户端采用的开发语言java和服务端使用的SQL Server数据库建立统一的数据中心,通过平台完成前端form和后台数据的交互,当用备注或摘要关键字段搜索账表时,引入IK Analyzer分词器对内容进行全文索引来提高查询效率。本设计的购销存管理系统已通过功能和性能测试,满足了中小型企业的实际业务需求,提高了企业与外部、内部和各分店之间的沟通效率,降低了采购成本,根据统计与分析结果,做出快速、合理的经营决策,增强了整体的应变能力,通过信息系统的支撑更好的促进了业务的发展。
[Abstract]:In the ERP system, purchasing, sales, and inventory involve most of the logistics, capital flow and information flow of the enterprise. Therefore, for enterprise managers, it is very important to master the information in the process of purchasing, selling and storing. As a subsystem of enterprise management software, the main function of this system is to deal with the work related to purchase, sale and storage in the daily business of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, the purchasing, selling and inventory management system can be used with other subsystems in the enterprise management system as the information management means of the enterprise. This design mainly realizes the core of purchasing, selling and storing in the business field of the enterprise, simplifies the process of merging business, and provides the management tools and working platform for the users of small and medium-sized enterprises through individualized design and business definition, which are easy to use, easy to use and sufficient. In view of the specific needs of the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises to implement the process of purchasing, selling and storing, a purchasing, marketing and inventory management system based on AOS platform is established, which mainly completes the purchase, sale, return and exchange of goods in the process of purchasing, selling, returning and exchanging goods. Business functions such as inventory and fund transactions, and generate various business accounts to facilitate business managers and financial personnel to purchase and store business processes. In this paper, an IK Analyzer participle is used to carry out full-text indexing, so as to optimize the efficiency of account table query, and greatly reduce the response time of each document operation. This paper mainly introduces the whole process of system analysis, design and development. This paper first describes the development background of the system and the current situation at home and abroad, mainly discusses the key technology of the system, so as to analyze the requirements of the system, and use the business flow chart E-R diagram, use case diagram, system function section composition. The design process of the system is summarized and designed in detail by the logic structure diagram of the system. Finally, the system is implemented, the system is tested, and the expected results are achieved. Finally, the results are summarized. This system has designed and developed the purchasing and selling inventory management system based on the B / S mode, and has established the unified data center by using the independent technology platform of java and the SQL Server database, which is used by the client and the server, respectively. The platform completes the interaction between front-end form and background data. When the key fields of notes or abstracts are used to search the accounting table, IK Analyzer participle is introduced to index the content in full text to improve the query efficiency. The system has passed the function and performance tests to meet the actual business needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the efficiency of communication between the enterprise and the external, internal and branch stores, and reduce the purchasing cost. According to the results of statistics and analysis, make rapid and reasonable business decisions, enhance the overall ability to respond, through the support of information systems to better promote the development of business.
