农产品冷链绿色物流评价指标体系的构建与应用

【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞速发展和居民生活水平的提高,农产品的需求量和流通量在逐年递增,人们对农产品品质和安全的要求也越来越高。然而,作为承担农产品储运的农产品冷链物流,在流通环节出现了诸如农产品腐损率高、食品安全问题频发、环境污染严重等问题。因此,在综合考虑经济、社会、环境效益的基础上,大力发展农产品冷链绿色物流,减少流通环节的损耗,提高流通效率,对于保证农产品质量安全,降低农产品冷链物流的成本,实现经济发展与环境的和谐统一具有重要意义。本论文以绿色物流和农产品冷链绿色物流等相关理论为基础,以环境友好、资源节约为目的,针对农产品冷链绿色物流评价指标的选取和评价体系的构建与应用等问题展开了研究。首先,本文借鉴绿色物流和农产品冷链物流相关理论,简要阐述了农产品冷链绿色物流的概念,提出了农产品冷链绿色物流的概念模型;继而,在系统分析我国农产品冷链绿色物流发展现状的基础上,指出了我国农产品冷链绿色物流发展中存在的问题和构建农产品冷链绿色物流评价指标体系的必要性;其次,依据绿色物流的内涵和循环经济“减量化、再利用、资源化”的准则,从内外部环境分析影响农产品冷链绿色物流发展的因素,并按照指标选取的原则,采用频度分析法及专家打分法从影响因素中总结选取出了24个农产品冷链绿色物流评价因子。采用因子分析法对选取出的因子开展综合归类处理,完成了农产品冷链绿色物流评价指标体系的构建。最后,开展应用研究。为了验证已构建的农产品冷链绿色物流评价指标体系的科学性和实用性,本文以湖南农产品冷链绿色物流评价为例,运用模糊综合评价法建模,对湖南农产品冷链绿色物流发展水平进行了评估。同时,分析评价结果并对评价结果所反映出的问题从政府规划、技术改进等多个方面提出了相应的改进对策。本论文研究成果可以用于帮助政府制定产业发展政策和规划,及时发现本地区农产品冷链绿色物流发展中存在的问题并给予修正;也可以为农产品冷链物流企业制定绿色发展战略提供依据,促进农产品冷链绿色物流的科学可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of the living standard of the residents, the demand and circulation of agricultural products are increasing year by year, and the demand for the quality and safety of agricultural products is becoming higher and higher. However, as the cold chain logistics of agricultural products for the storage and transportation of agricultural products, the rate of agricultural products is high and the food safety is asked in the circulation link. Therefore, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of economic, social and environmental benefits, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the economic, social and environmental benefits, the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products will be vigorously developed, the loss of circulation links is reduced, and the efficiency of circulation is improved. On the basis of green logistics and cold chain green logistics of agricultural products and other related theories, this paper studies the selection of green logistics evaluation index and the construction and application of the evaluation system of green logistics in the cold chain of agricultural products. First, the paper draws on the green logistics and the cold chain of agricultural products. The concept of the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products is briefly expounded and the concept model of the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products is put forward. On the basis of the systematic analysis of the present situation of the development of the cold chain green logistics in China's agricultural products, the existing problems in the development of the cold chain green logistics in China's agricultural products and the construction of the cold chain green of the agricultural products are pointed out. Secondly, according to the connotation of green logistics and the principle of "reduction, reuse, and resource", the factors affecting the development of green logistics in the cold chain of agricultural products are analyzed from the internal and external environment, and according to the principle of selecting the indexes, the frequency analysis method and the expert scoring method are used to analyze the factors affecting the development of the green logistics. 24 agricultural products cold chain green logistics evaluation factors were selected and selected. The factor analysis method was used to carry out comprehensive classification and treatment of the selected factors. The construction of the green logistics evaluation index system of the cold chain of agricultural products was completed. Finally, the application research was carried out to verify the science of the cold chain green logistics evaluation index system of agricultural products. In nature and practicality, this paper takes the cold chain green logistics evaluation of Hunan agricultural products as an example, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to model the development level of the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products in Hunan. At the same time, the results are analyzed and the problems reflected in the evaluation result are changed from the government regulation and technical improvement. The research results of this paper can be used to help the government to formulate industrial development policies and plans, to find out the existing problems in the development of the cold chain green logistics in the local area and to give a correction, and to provide the basis for the green development strategy for the cold chain logistics enterprises of agricultural products to promote the science of the green logistics of the cold chain of agricultural products.
