城乡互动流通体系现状、难点、形成机制与对策

【摘要】：城乡互动流通体系涉及工业品下乡、农产品进城的方式与效率。它有利于实现城乡物流效用的最大化、生产与市场供求信息的对接以及品牌效应的共享。但当前我国城乡流通体系存在规模经济上的不同、市场壁垒上的分割、集中度上的差距、城乡商贸流通组织体系的分割等问题,形成了各不相同、鲜有合作的两个流通体系。要实现城乡流通体系的互动对接,需要考虑正式流通组织体系的对接方式和以批发业为主、以零售业为主等不同的具体对接要求。重点是通过加强对城乡互动流通体系建设的引导、坚持合理竞争政策、以规模化经营为目标设置流通市场准入等措施,推动城乡互动流通体系的建设。
[Abstract]:Urban and rural interactive circulation system involves industrial products to the countryside, agricultural products into the city and efficiency. It helps to maximize the utility of urban and rural logistics, to link the supply and demand information between production and market, and to share the brand effect. However, there are some problems in the current urban and rural circulation system of our country, such as the difference of scale economy, the division of market barriers, the gap of concentration degree, the division of urban and rural commercial circulation organization system, and so on, which form two circulation systems which are different and seldom cooperate. In order to realize the interactive docking of the urban and rural circulation system, we need to consider the docking mode of formal circulation organization system and different specific docking requirements, such as wholesale trade and retail trade. The key point is to promote the construction of urban-rural interactive circulation system by strengthening the guidance to the construction of urban-rural interactive circulation system, adhering to the rational competition policy, and setting up circulation market access with the goal of large-scale operation.
