汽车配件销售及物流业务协同系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:汽车售后服务在市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下显得愈发重要,已然变成汽车制造企业重点发展的领域。汽车配件销售及物流业务是售后服务业务中非常重要的两部分,然而,对汽车配件物流业务管理系统的具体实现与应用及将汽车配件销售业务与物流业务结合起来实现信息化管理的研究并不多。因此,设计并实现一套汽车配件销售及物流业务协同系统是非常有意义的。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)首先对汽车配件销售及物流业务进行研究,分析其研究现状,再根据某汽车制造公司的配件销售及物流业务管理现状,详细分析了汽车配件销售及物流业务协同系统的实际需求。(2)根据系统需求分析,对系统进行总体设计。首先设计了系统的总体方案和总体架构;然后对系统的功能进行了详细设计,包括销售管理、物流管理、索赔管理和退货管理4个核心功能模块;最后,根据前面的详细分析和设计,对本系统的数据库进行了详细设计。(3)针对物流管理业务中制定运输计划时需要系统协助制定车辆运输方案的问题,设计了基于遗传算法的车辆调度模型与算法,进行了仿真实现并在系统中实现了集成应用。(4)对汽车配件销售及物流业务协同系统的开发与实现进行了详细描述。包括开发环境和工具的介绍,主要功能的具体实现以及其他技术点的实现等。本文在具体开发上依赖原型法和面向对象的方法,以软件工程思想为基本指导思想,采用.NET 4.0框架结合ASP.NET技术的软件开发方法,基于Visual Studio 2010平台开发系统程序,数据库选用Oracle lOg,并采用.NET平台中ADO.NET进行数据库访问,实现了B/S模式的汽车配件销售及物流业务协同系统。
[Abstract]:Automobile after-sales service is becoming more and more important in the situation of fierce market competition, which has become the key development field of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Auto parts sales and logistics are two very important parts of after-sales service business. However, There are few researches on the realization and application of automobile parts logistics business management system and the combination of auto parts sales business and logistics business to realize information management. Therefore, it is very meaningful to design and implement a set of auto parts sales and logistics business cooperation system. First, the overall scheme and framework of the system are designed; then the functions of the system are designed in detail, including four core functional modules: sales management, logistics management, claim management and return management. According to the above detailed analysis and design, the database of this system is designed in detail. (3) aiming at the problem that the transportation plan in the logistics management business needs the systematic assistance to formulate the vehicle transportation plan, The vehicle scheduling model and algorithm based on genetic algorithm are designed and simulated and integrated application is realized in the system. (4) the development and implementation of auto parts sales and logistics business cooperation system are described in detail. Including the introduction of development environment and tools, the implementation of main functions and other technical points. This paper relies on the prototype method and the object-oriented method in the concrete development, takes the software engineering thought as the basic guiding ideology, adopts the software development method of the .NET 4.0 frame and the ASP.NET technology, and develops the system program based on the Visual Studio 2010 platform. Oracle lOg is used in the database, and ADO.NET in .NET platform is used to access the database. The B / S model of auto parts sales and logistics cooperation system is realized.
