基于数字化工厂的铝合金门窗混流生产线仿真与优化

【摘要】:铝合金门窗混流生产线属于典型的多品种小批量混流生产方式,随着原材料和人力成本的增加及客户的个性化需求,门窗制造行业的竞争压力不断加大,必须寻求新的发展。合理配置生产资源及有效调度,解决生产中出现的问题,保证铝合金门窗混流生产的高效运行,成为铝合金门窗生产企业的首要问题。本文以某铝合金门窗混流生产系统为研究重点,借助数字化工厂仿真技术对车间的生产线进行建模和仿真。重点研究了生产线平衡优化和混流投产序列优化,对提高铝合金门窗混流生产线的综合性能有重要意义。在实际调研的基础上,本文首先简单进行铝合金门窗生产分析,概述了铝合金门窗生产所用数字化工厂的内涵及关键技术。结合铝合金门窗混流生产系统的结构与特点,提出了独具特色的仿真框架。然后在铝合金门窗混流生产实例分析的基础上,介绍本文的仿真目标、建模原则与假设、数据的收集与处理。采用em-plant建立了铝合金门窗混流生产系统仿真模型,并详细描述其建模的过程。在仿真模型验证后,通过设计仿真实验,开展生产线平衡分析、作业模式对比分析、瓶颈分析与改善及物流运送系统优化等工作,综合改善生产线的性能。最后确定了混流生产线的投产序列问题及优化目标,在em-plant中导入GA工具,设置遗传算法。求出基于总完工时间、各工位的平均空闲时间率及在制品数量最大值三目标下的最优解。本文基于数字化工厂对铝合金门窗混流生产线进行仿真研究与优化,开展多项优化工作,对生产系统的性能提升具有良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The aluminum alloy door and window mixed flow production line belongs to the typical multi-variety small batch mixed production mode. With the increase of raw material and manpower cost and customer's individualized demand, the competition pressure of door and window manufacturing industry is increasing constantly, so it is necessary to seek new development. Reasonable allocation of production resources and effective scheduling to solve the problems in production and ensure the efficient operation of mixed production of aluminum alloy doors and windows has become the primary problem of aluminum window and door production enterprises. This paper focuses on a mixed flow production system of aluminum alloy doors and windows, and models and simulates the production line of the workshop with the help of digital factory simulation technology. The balance optimization of the production line and the sequence optimization of the mixed flow are studied emphatically, which is of great significance to improve the comprehensive performance of the mixed flow production line of aluminum alloy doors and windows. On the basis of the actual investigation, this paper firstly analyzes the production of aluminum alloy doors and windows, and summarizes the connotation and key technology of the digital factory used in the production of aluminum alloy doors and windows. According to the structure and characteristics of mixed flow production system for aluminum alloy doors and windows, a unique simulation framework is proposed. Then, based on the analysis of the mixed flow production of aluminum alloy doors and windows, this paper introduces the simulation objectives, modeling principles and assumptions, data collection and processing. The simulation model of mixed flow production system of aluminum alloy doors and windows is established by em-plant, and the process of modeling is described in detail. After the simulation model is verified, through the design of simulation experiment, the balance analysis of production line, the comparative analysis of operation mode, the bottleneck analysis and improvement, and the optimization of logistics delivery system are carried out to improve the performance of the production line synthetically. Finally, the production sequence problem and optimization goal of mixed flow production line are determined, GA tools are imported into em-plant and genetic algorithm is set up. The optimal solution based on the total completion time, the average idle time rate of each station and the maximum number of in-process products is obtained. In this paper, the simulation and optimization of the mixed production line of aluminum alloy doors and windows are carried out based on the digital factory, and the optimization work is carried out, which has a good effect on improving the performance of the production system.
