基于二维码扫描的零件在线加工监控系统研究

【摘要】:二维码技术作为先进的自动化采集技术,由于它包含诸多优点而被广泛应用。而在线加工的零件在各种生产物料中最为关键,它存在于生产过程的各个环节,占用大量流动资金,它的生产过程和信息流向是企业管理者实时掌握制造部门的重要一环,必须对其加强跟踪与管理。研究零件的在线加工监控系统能有效地掌握零件生产加工整个过程,且能解决企业面临的诸多问题,更能提高企业的生产效率和竞争力。将二维码技术引入零件的生产加工过程中,不仅可实现加工信息的完全共享,提高零件加工的自动化水平,未来也会成为一种趋势。本文首先根据企业的高效信息化生产管理和过程监控的需求,深入车间,调研给出生产车间物流信息的流转过程,通过分析在线加工零件的流转信息得出总体思路,建立该系统的总体结构框图和功能模型图。针对该系统的重要模块进行设计,特别是对作为该系统重要组成的生产进度查询模块、生产数据实时采集模块以及在线加工零件跟踪模块进行详细研究。其次,针对该系统的数据库提出二维码采集E-R图和生产车间数据关系模型图。最后,利用开发工具和ODBC技术开发基于二维码扫描的零件在线加工监控系统的原型,通过实例说明该原型系统的应用和运作方式。
[Abstract]:As an advanced automatic acquisition technology, two-dimensional code technology is widely used because of its many advantages. The parts processed on line are the most critical among all kinds of production materials. They exist in all parts of the production process and occupy a large amount of liquid capital. The production process and the flow of information are an important link for the managers to grasp the manufacturing department in real time. Tracking and management must be strengthened. The research of on-line machining monitoring system of parts can effectively master the whole process of production and processing of parts, solve many problems faced by enterprises, and improve the production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Introducing the two-dimensional code technology into the production and processing of parts can not only realize the complete sharing of machining information and improve the automation level of parts processing, but also become a trend in the future. In this paper, according to the demand of high efficiency information production management and process monitoring of the enterprise, the logistics information flow process of the production workshop is investigated and given, and the overall idea is obtained by analyzing the flow information of the on-line machining parts. The overall structure block diagram and function model diagram of the system are established. The important modules of the system are designed, especially the production progress query module, the real-time production data acquisition module and the on-line machining parts tracking module, which are important components of the system, are studied in detail. Secondly, based on the database of the system, the two dimensional code acquisition E-R diagram and the production workshop data relationship model diagram are proposed. Finally, the prototype of part on-line machining monitoring system based on two-dimension code scanning is developed by using development tools and ODBC technology. The application and operation mode of the prototype system are illustrated by an example.
